I had a brief pause for a couple of months from Freelancer and today I checked my two accounts only to realize one of them is empty of all my characters. It is really is quite disappointing since my other account is largely trader one and all my hard earned cash is used on my second account which is now empty.

I can't exactly remember what I had in specific money-wise since it's been two months but I'm sure I had a fully upgraded Praefect, Titan and and Praetorian, as well as an Outcast gunboat which I used for collecting Code weapons. I spent months trying to get all the stuff for the Corsairs ships.

Again I can't remember the name of all the ships/characters but two of them were named |Y|-Sepultura and one other was named Kasha's-Disdain. Again this all based on my memory and I can't remember all the specifics.

Is there any way you can help me by restoring those characters or maybe giving me money to re-buy all the stuff back?

It would definitely suck to lose all of that considering I spent so much time on getting it and now I can't use it.

I think the server may automatically remove characters after either 45 or 60 days of inactivity, I cannot remember which, but unfortunately if they were removed for inactivity I do not think they can be restored.

So basically all my hard work got deleted and there's no way to restore it. I guess it depends on the admins but can I get the money equivalent for at least the 3 ships I'm sure 100% I had? I can't remember the others but the Corsair ships I had were fully upgraded and had everything on them plus extra funds to keep them running as pirating vessels.

Really if there's no way to get something restored then I guess as unfortunate as it is I'm done with this game. Nothing more debilitating and frustrating as working hard on your characters only to find them deleted.

basically as kikatsu sayed. deleted chars for inactivity would be hard to restore. of cource if you would have Screenshots of your characters then it could save you. if you dont have any SS post at least names of chars. maybe this would help.

also I do remember you. I saw you on Corsairs Imperator, but really long time ago. one thing: if your RL not allows you to be active more then 1 day per mounth - I doubt you should play here. many people went off for 2-3 mounth and found all their ships gone. after this most of them left for good. hope you wont.

Cannon was able to extend the time to 6 months before they are deleted for non-use. As for a refund, If the ships were deleted for non use, this will not happen.

If the ships dissappeared in a shorter amount of time, please be patient and wait till an admin has the time to look into it.

They will need concise names of the ship(s) on the account.

I'm 100% sure I haven't been inactive for more then 6 months. It was around 2 at the most. Had exams and three jobs, so no time for that.

Thanks for the advises guys, I actually do have screen shots, which helped me remember that my fourth ship was Order Nephytis. I'll apply them if needed.

Tell them through PM what happened and they'll look into it...if they aren't busy...

If the ships were inactive for 6 months then you'll get nothing. If not then you will, however the server hasn't randomly deleted ships for a long while.

Saint Del is considered a holy healer of diseases of children, but also as a protector of cattle.
