Can you buy another player an ID?

I wouldn't advise stocking a player base with them. We tried to do that on Nichols and got ourselves banned in the process. Dunno if it was the number (30+) of IDs we were trying to sell at once or merely the fact we tried to sell them to the player base though.

Well its not really selling, its more storing for new chars. (SF not MMF)
It really helps when your trying to make a new char considering there is no /restart Order and Order missions
are impossible solo...:)

Considering SF is still closed access it means only people who specifically ask or have base admin can get one anyway so...

If I remember correctly I only put 5-10 on... Believe it or not we dont get that many players in Zeta...:P
