1) I've played lawful, unlawful, and corporate characters over the past year and a few months. I lead the GMS and have been part of the HC for the GRP in multiple iterations.
2) I should be able to write
3) My knowledge lies mainly in the GRP/lawful and GMS/Corporate sector
4) I should be able to throw several rumors out over time. I tend to work on projects in spurts - I'll have ideas and churn out a bunch at once and then have a passive period where I'm just stewing on things.
If I can throw a reference, ask Daedric. I'm sure he'll be able to note my credentials.
I'll start chipping in as soon as I'm done with this miningmod config. It's more work then I anticipated to actually structure it properly and fairly...

Aeternus, we will take you, wring you out, and render you utterly useless for romantic pursuits in the real world so that you may finally call yourself a real Discovery Developer.
We are indeed going to be hard pressed to proceed with the GRN and GRP rumors. I want to emphasize that experience and/or knowledge of Gallia is not necessarily required for these. It's police and military rumors we need. If you can write them for anywhere, then you can do them for Gallia. Just focus on cops/navy vs. criminals, insert Gallic names, and voila! Even if you can only do a small handful, we'll take them. Just send them via PM to myself or Friday. Of course, the more Gallic flavor you can provide, the better, but even "generic" rumors are better than none.
How important is this? Let me put it this way, once every other Developer is done with their tasks, we'll all still be waiting on rumors to get finished before the public release is finished. We'll also be waiting on my final economic adjustments due to another year of system changes, and since I'm managing both tasks, that essentially means the public release is going to be waiting on me. So, the fewer GRN and GRP rumors I end up having to write, the sooner I can finish all this and emerge from my computer cave to greet the end of the world in 2012. You do want to play 4.86 before the world ends, don't you? Sign up to write GRP and GRN rumors, and you might just get your wish.
Also, I'll just add that our current infocard team is highly creative, self-motivated, and very productive. I'm very proud of their efforts so far, and we'll all owe them a lot of thanks when this gets completed. If you happen to know any of them personally, give them a high five and encouragement - there's still plenty left to do.

If you are interested in writing rumors for Gallic factions, please apply in this thread, by providing the following information:
1) The extent of your experience or knowledge of Gallia.
I have played most Gallic factions by now, I am also part of the GRN| and the LaBrise.
2) Whether you can write rumors, or just supply ideas for rumors.
I can try to write rumors, but dont expect them to be too great due to english not being my first language.
3) Name the Gallic factions you are most comfortable with supplying rumors for.
GRN, Unione Corse
4) Describe how much you are able to contribute: just a few ideas or rumors, up to writing dozens of rumors over the next few months.
Ill try to write as many as possible, but that is depending on the amount of uni work I have to deal with.
