Hard to place it anywhere.
I suggest choosing one of the above faction styles and work towards it. At least that way you can get some idea on how to model and texture it.
Also, it looks like an absolute pain to hit head on or from the sides but is an easy target from the top and bottom. That falls in line with the Civillian line. In fact, I would say its pretty much like the current Marauder, aka "The Flying Dinnerplate".
However it could use a bit more work.
I don't really like the wings. Not sure why, I just don't. I think its because of the way it swings backwards and is a bit fat. Thinning them may produce a nicer looking model.
Also, the body can be slimmer, but keep the tail. Or you may want to slim to tail to make it look sharper. Also, perhaps a fin or two on the engine. The engine lacks some detail and frankly, seems to be out of place. I suggest using the regular "cylinder" engines that most ships currently have.
