I'm a metal guy, so I don't dig electronic music that much, except for chilling lounge music. But dubstep is sort of the "metal" of electronic music, which is funny.
I like the real dubstep, the hard, grooving type. Not the simplified and cheap type.
If you're using anything else than Massive or Razor, you're not cool because then you dont try to sound like skrillex. Not even the awesomeness of Albino defeats the skrillex synth 3000.
Actually Korny, speaking as a long time metalhead, I'd say the closest electronic relative to metal is Industrial. That's the genre that helped me start to branch my musical taste. You'd either like it or hate it...that is, if you haven't picked a side on it already.
