Um. Greetings, I am Alanzo Espada, a certain Freelancer. I apologize for the strange transmission, it is to ensure safety. The short wave transmission is generated from multiple communications probes that sent bits of information and reassembles themselves at the target destination. I am sure even the Lane Hackers would not be able to hack this transmission.

As you know, or may not know. I've had a certain deal of sorts with Ms. Jane Hartman and Mr. Remus Sius. If somehow you are still in the lurch, I can explain.

Firstly, I have a strange hobby of collecting information. I send out my self-engineered probes into space to intercept communications. Each of my probes are equipped with a video feed and are about the size of a countermeasure and are stationary. They intercept communications, provide video and radar uplink and the like. Yes, as you may have noticed this is unintentional spying. In fact, I've been caught by Mr. Remus and Ms. Jane. However, Mr. Remus said that he would let me off if I provide a flow of information to the Liberty Navy, a.k.a be a spy for the Navy. I accepted his offer and thus have arranged this transmission channel to relay information that I intercept over to the Liberty Navy.

Now, before I start with the information, you may ask why should I trust you and who are you? Well I have shown myself to be on the Liberty Navy's side. I have taken down one Rogue Barghest and assisted in eliminating another, if you don't believe me, you may ask Ms. Hartman. Now, as for who I am, I am a Freelancer, lived on Freeport 1 in Omega-3 for most of my childhood. I am a qualified engineer, I have made the probes myself and have done modifications to my ship. On the topic of my ship, it is a J3P 5S "Hayabusa" Civillian Scout Fighter, the internal frontal structure is replaced with an advanced sensors array and data storage that allows me to track and store data collected from my probes.

Now, for what I can offer. Naturally, I have already set up an extensive probe network, I can spy. What I have to offer is information, anything from communications logs about a friendly chat or video feeds from what looks to be a sneaky deal being closed in the debris fields. Additionally, I think that I may be of interest to you guys because I have a certain device that allows me to appear neutral on most ships identification systems. Yes, it also affects Rheinland Military identification systems, meaning I can help spy on enemy troop movement.

I recently did a little extra modification using some information I got from a contact that was part of the Council, yes that Gallic faction. This allows me to appear as a neutral to most automated defenses of the Gallic Royal Navy and Gallic Royal Police. I could be a valuable spy for you when it comes to obtaining information on the GRN and its troop movements.

Additionally, the same contact has given me a sample of Gallic Technology, a pair of Gallic weapons. Perhaps you can make some use of it? It seems to be a laser based weapon, although the capacitors and technology used it in is completely different from Sirian models. I did a little digging and found it fully compatible with my ship's weapons systems with a bit of tweaking. According to my contact, the Gallic name for that particular weapon is, um, "Port-due-far" or something similar, I'm not really sure. I can always deliver the weapon to you if you wish. Knowing the enemy's weaponry might be a good idea.

Um. I hope you can keep your end of the deal. I don't want to end up being considered a criminal from Liberty. So yeah...I hope you'll understand. I still want to visit Liberty. Don't shoot me.

[color=#CCCCCC]First up, relax. We're not going to shoot you. Compared to some of the maniacs we get coming through, you're practically a model citizen.

Impressive work, particularly those Gallic guns. I haven't seen that sort of tech before, and without your efforts I doubt I would've before they were pointed at me. That being said, I can't go organising anything special with regard to them yet, that's way beyond my clearances. If you're in a hurry to off load those, hail down a Logistics ship. Otherwise, Jackson Armoury on Fort Bush'll be able to hold them until we get something decent sorted.

Now, I know you've filled in your end of the deal. If you prefer, we can keep this arrangement, you feed us info as you get hold of it. Otherwise, Mr Espada, a man in your position could be a right valuable asset to the Liberty Navy. If you're interested, keep reading. If you're not, cut this transmission now, and call it a day.

If you are going to do some work for me, there's a couple of guidelines you should know about.

1. Accountability: I am not a part of Naval command. Any task I assign to you then, is not necessarily sanctioned or approved by the Navy. Rather, it can be considered an individual assignment.
   
2. Deniability: Freelancers operate outside the regular bounds of military law and regulation. It is this very trait that makes you an asset to us. Consequently, revealing information regarding your affiliation with us and nature or objectives of an assignment is counterproductive and will lead to the suspension of further missions. Details of your involvement will not be made accessible to the public under any circumstances.
   
3. Payment: Payment will be delivered in Sirian credits, unless otherwise stated in the mission parameters.

Yes I understand the details. I understand that accountability is an issue, but I guarantee that all data provided by me is genuine. To enforce that, I shall obtain time-stamps to any data I present. Naturally, I don't want to get shot at anymore than anybody out there. Retaining secrecy is naturally, of the utmost importance to me. As for the payment, cool. I get paid for my hobby, it's like a dream come true.

On the Gallic weaponry, I do want to unload these as quickly as possibility. Simply put, the Liberty Navy isn't the only ones wanting this technology. Carrying them is painting my ship as a possible threat to most Sirians and a high-priority target to the Gallics. If possible, I would rather not fly around with them in my hold. I'll inform you when I drop off my load. Though it may take a while, I don't want to take the lanes, lest I be shot at by Bretonian authorities for possessing "Enemy Weaponry".

Now...You mentioned this "Nicole Hunter". Apparently, I've actually run into her once or twice. Unfortunately, I did not take any Guncam shots, seeing as piracy is quite commonplace and thus, common data.

I can provide you with *some* basic details on her. I often see her around Galileo, pirating convoys coming from both Kusari and Liberty. However, the ship I saw did not correspond to your intel. What I saw was a "Pirate Transport", the vessel she used to tractor in cargo from said shipments. One of my nearby probes recorded a loss in radar signature after I lost sight of her, leaving me to believe that she entered a jump hole somewhere in the system.

From the above information, I can say that her intentions are probably that of a cargo pirate. Interdicting shipments to sell to some Junkers or scrap dealers, which means that she may be acting independently. Although she may be supplying the Rogues or Lane Hackers with stolen goods, which in that case, she should be affiliated with either criminal group. I can't say anything about her Sabre though. She might be using it for another purpose and I have yet to run into it.

Anyway, I'll see what I can do. I can attempt to get scans of both her ships, though this might take a while. Expect me to get back to you after some time.

First of all commendable work, both of you. Jane, for her part in being a liaison and Espada for successfully completing the objectives.

I'm currently on board the MacArthur, one of the newly commissioned gunboats since the passing of the new year. One trait that this gunboat possesses is a highly advanced scanner system that picks up even the slightest ping in the darkest sectors, it also processes transmission around a single system. Now, during that previous encounters with a certain Miss Hunter; especially during her amazing escape from a restricted system, we managed to acquire specific info, most notably her signature transponder signal, about her when she managed "override" the system's gate, a sort of counter-measure for unwanted personnel.

Based from your reports, we have detected Miss Hunter's signal coming in from the north, with increased frequency. Judging from the fact that she was snooping around our restricted system, she may very well have been doing a spying mission and may possibly have shared the info gathered from that mission to our enemies.

I trust that your probes are in order?

Here's my proposition,

1.) Find out who/where are these signals intended for.
2.) If possible, try to decrypt the messages contained in these signals.

If done successfully, a sum of thirty million credits , thats 30.000.000 SC, will be transferred to your account.

Apparently, my probe network in the Galileo and Magellan systems seem to have picked up traces of Nicole Hunter's supposed transponder signals. Here's a copy of the report.

[font=Agency FB]Following the supposed transponder signal you provided, I managed to receive obtain 5 matches in my probe network in the Galileo and Magellan systems with varying degrees of matches. The strongest match was on 13th February in the Magellan system, sector F-2. Although there are several matches in sector 1-E of the Galileo system with varying degrees of match percentage.

I'll personally scan these areas myself. That should uncover more information on her. At the same time, I'll place a few more probes around there, get more area coverage.

I'll also try to tune my probes to intercept any signals coming to and fro this transponder signal. However, chances are, encryption would be present. My probes can only do so much however.

I'll see what I can dig up.
