<div align="right][font=Agency FB]'Air Force Officer. Do you have what it takes?' [font=Agency FB]- Liberty Air Force Recruiting Slogan
[font=Agency FB]Recruitment Status: OPEN
[font=Agency FB]Officers are the leaders of the Air Force and, regardless of rank are expected to behave in a manner reflecting it. With access to the limited arsenal of Air Force Strikecraft, Officers have millions of credits worth of equipment quite literally at their fingertips. Granted privileges and responsibilities unavailable to most NCOs, the professionalism and commitment of the Air Force's Officers elevates them above the rank and file.
Officers are leaders and strategists, tacticians and fighter pilots. They are iron-willed individuals, confident both in their own ability to lead and that of their subordinates to fulfil their tasks. The role of Officer in the Space Combat Directorate is not an easy one, but the rewards are well worth it.
If you think this is you, read on.

[font=Agency FB]Footsteps rung off the narrow metal hallways of the United.States as a young woman elbowed her way past the latest group of tourists taking their turn to gawk at the mammoth floating museum. Briefly, she considered having them removed from the ship, but hurriedly discounted the idea. It was their right, though she wished the Air Force had a better place to handle Officer Recruitment then the decommissioned Carrier.
A pair of Marines snapped to attention as she reached them, one on each side of an engraved-wooden door. Luxury, perhaps, but then again it had once been the Commanding Officer's Stateroom. Today, it would fill an entirely different purpose. The woman's hand moved automatically, returning the Marine's salutes. Lieutenant Colonel Melanie Tyler took a moment to observe the converted cabin, noting the curtain dividing the room in two. Benches dotted the closest side of the cabin, seats for waiting applicants. Alongside them, a Navy Lieutenant sat entrenched at a nearby desk. His name tag identified him as 'Harrison'. Tyler stopped in front of him, waiting for the man to notice.
[font=Agency FB]"I think we're right to go Lieutenant. When you're ready, set the beacon. They're to wait in this room until I call them through, alright?"
[font=Agency FB]The man’s response was simple.[font=Agency FB]"Yes Ma’am."[font=Agency FB]For some reason, the comment bought a smile to the Lieutenant Colonel’s face.
[font=Agency FB]"Huh. Remember when we were on the other side of that desk? Seems like centuries."[font=Agency FB] She shook her head, shaking back reality.[font=Agency FB]"I’ll be in the interview room."
[font=Agency FB]Recruitment is now: [color=#33FF33]OPEN.

Chief Warrant Officer Richard Kisling. When he achieved the rank, he had no idea he would soon go on to become the Warrant Officer of the Air Force. A blisteringly long name with too much formality behind it, in his opinion. He walked down the hallways of the United States, wondering why he had the unfortunate task of reviewing men and women whom he would soon have to utter the words "Sir" and "Ma'am" to. It was fitting, he supposed. An old grizzled veteran now in his late 40's, Kisling had little regard for posh ceremonies, elegant promotion events, or the ridiculous celebratory attitude amongst newly commissioned officers.
Edging closer to the cabin he nodded to the two marines posted at the door. He wasn't exactly God, no, that position belonged to the Marine Corps Sergeant Major. He was merely another poor soul trapped into doing what he felt was wholly unnecessary for a man of his position, but he did it with a smile on his face and irritation secretly in his heart. He wouldn't let these young ones by without truly testing their caliber.
[font=Agency FB]"Lieutenant Harrison, good to see you again. Glad you made it through selection, sir."
[font=Agency FB]Harrison tried not to smile, knowing Kisling would take that as a sign of weakness.[font=Agency FB]"I am quite happy that I made it through."[font=Agency FB]He said neutrally.
[font=Agency FB]"Mhm. Is our lovely senior review officer already in today?"[font=Agency FB] Harrison nodded as Kisling entered the review room.[font=Agency FB]"Colonel, so good to see you. Time to chew up more rookies?"
