While it's always refreshing to see new faces here, there are problems with your list.
First off, the VR doesn't exist anymore, neither does the CR (as a faction), and who the hell are the Lost Star Vigilantes? Same with 'The Outer Project'. I've at least tried to keep up with things here and those groups don't exist on this server that I'm aware.
Also, if you were to attempt to be friendly to the Nomads, by default you'd have to try to be friendly with the Wild - or at least relatively neutral to them. Same with Aoi Isejin, if they ever come back - and we're trying to re-infect Kusari, so they may.
You've also completely ignored all the Gallic factions, and house militaries. Just because you say you avoid them, you need to have some kind of rep with them. Also realize that even Outcasts themselves aren't actually 'allied' with the K|Hara - the only ones that are allied are actually infected. So while I could see an alliance with Outcasts possible, there's not really a way to be ***Allied - ours(?) - not (!)*** .
Just a couple of points to keep in mind. (And I did read your wiki RP post.)

Sir, all those things mentioned are there, existing. Reputation list is good, K'hara, Outcasts, Renegades and Oracles, we're with all them allied.
If you don't believe I will call all of leaders of factions/groups mentioned as allied, to confirm.
Because, you wasn't there to see, doesen't means it wasn't done.
I don't want to put whole Sirius faction list, just of those we had contact, which is enough. Law Enforcment for example.
Lost Star Vigilantes - Uhm, you're blind, don't take it personal but, you can see every day in Taus - kudos to those guys.
As you've mentioned Wild (Isejin/Wilde) In Rp they are visible as Naval Forces/Millitary. We didn't had contacts with them in past as we avoid Kusari, Rheinland, but we were all time with Nomads, serving them all time.

Agmen, why so aggressive? What makes you think that disliking someones faction will not become official? He did everything fair and square. If you are not familiar with the afore mentioned factions, then I recommend you to wander around more often in Tau's.
I will try to help and stay on your side as much as possible, Nerdi <3.
Here you can enter a short message which will be automatically appended to the bottom of your posts.

VR is still ingame and active, as are all the groups mentioned ([ToP] and the |* guys).
As for their Nomad relations, I do believe they have a well established basis with them already (as I've seen the results/actions of both sides treating each other as allies ingame).
I do agree that they need to give their status on the Gallic factions (I see just Brigands up there), whether set to "Unknown" or another status, it'd be good to have.
(I think you just don't spend time up in Alpha/Tau region, as I no longer do much myself, so from your view I understand the points given.)
Other than that, best of luck to you guys, since we (|RR) pulled outa the Tau's haven't seen much of ya, but what I do see I like.
About Base in Alpha? Well. Patrician (Brandon Garrison) gave me permission to settle there since, we wanted to be more indepedent and, have our own bit of space.
Why is it there? In RP, Raiders feel more close to their "gods" there.
We see Outcasts as friends, allies. We owe them, they saved us, they helped us to survive, they've accepted us.
No words or act to say "Thank you" to them.
Base is named Eridu by the way.

He's being aggressive because you're asking for your own ID.
If you guys can't handle simple questions, don't expect to be able to handle having your own official faction..
