Wow, this little snot isn't too bright, is he, Andy? He doesn't really understand the concept of Politics too well, does he, and who sends who guns and ships, does he? He doesn't understand Bretonia's funding at all, does he? If it's alright with you, Andy, I'll modify his lackluster understanding of our understanding with one of your older Battleships, one under my husband's command by slightly more legitimate means; means, in fact, that are a direct result of the deaths of a large percentage of the people whom he is considering handing the Invincible. I think he really needs to do his homework, Andy, and if it's alright with you, I'd like to personally do the tutoring. Bonello out.

To: Bretonian Ambassador, Captain of HMS Invincible
There are absolutely no words I could possibly use in a non-vulgar context for my and the Syndicate's opinion of your proposal to ally with Corsairs. Your very suggestion is a foul insult upon the proud house of Malta and a spit upon the graves of a million Outcast warriors.
If you as much think of insulting the Outcasts in this manner by comparing us to Corsairs, expect the next ship you travel in to be a hearse train, and the next thing you wake up to to be the head of a horse!
Now I would like to point out a specific line in your ID card. "Crew of this ship is dedicated to the queen and if you insult her in any way in presence of this battleship, you can expect heavy damage to your ship."
Now I Do not see how stationing yourself out of her majesty's own space is going to help her. We need all the help we can get, yes, I understand that, however, you are asking us, the bretonian people to beg for help from Pirate scum, who have killed many of our people. An alliance, even a temporary one would just cause tension, and I fear... civil war. I joined the Queen's Services to fight for my land and honor. We are Bretonians, we are better, we need no beggins, and we, need, no civil war. As we all have when we were oathed into service, we will fight to the last to defend what is ours, and what you are requesting will not fall well to many people.
I ask you to reconsider your stand in this, and remember your oath, remember your purpose. Bretonia needs you HMS Invincible, remember, that's HMS, Her Majesty's Ship!
Remember...
"of course you are as welcome as any other person to use the station as a far away outpost for deep space operations. make sure you do not endanger the station though - and keep it civil within the 5k radius around the station.
anyhow, your business stays your business, and the zoners will not interfere with it. the station and its hangars are ready for your demands, for the usual price of course.
Quote:I'm really considering deserting BAF, and i dont think my crew would mind, we have no reason to fight in a war that is already as good as lost...
If i get permition by Zoners to refuel and repair at FP11, me and my crew will stay there and protect them from nomads in return. If not, we will find someone that can make some use of my, i mean our battleship.
You are just afraid of changes, thats all.
.....LINK TERMINATED.....
You, Sir, and your crew, are a disgrace to Bretonia. You spit on the graves of thousands of brave Bretonian citizens who died while defending their home against those bloodthirsty Corsairs by even thinking of an alliance with them.
I feel ashamed, seeing a former Bretonian commander turn and run when the tides of darkness rise against us, it is your DUTY as an officer of Her Majesty to withstand the Kusari threat with all your might !
Only what you give up is lost!
So pull yourself together, for god's sake, and do your part in our battle!
But if you and your crew decide to desert the Bretonian Armed Forces in times of war, I do believe, induced by potent circumstances, that thou art mine enemy, and therefore thou shalt be bound to face court martial!
This is Richard Windsor, of the Queen Carina's Own, Regarding the rogue ship, formerly HMS Invincible. That ship's commander has committed Treason, and will be held accountable. We cannot allow that ship, or its commander to fall into enemy hands, and as such, we will try to capture it. If we cannot, we will not hesitate to destroy it. Harboring the Ship, or any persons currently aboard it, will be treaded as an act of war.
To the Crew of the Invincible: Your captain was not approved by the admiralty, and holds no official rank. It would not be mutinous to return your vessel to the docks of Southhampton for repairs against his will. It would, in fact, be right and proper, for the highest ranking officer present to take command, as per admiralty regulations in event of an absent or incapacitated captain.

What is this? A Bretonian Battleship so close to Order space? I will not allow such a large vessel from the opposite end of Sirius to attempt to operate in Omicron Delta, couldn't really care less what the Zoners think at this point. And I highly doubt any Corsair would take this alliance if they wish to keep ours. An alliance with the Corsairs and Outcasts are far past impossible, and your attempts will obviously fail with the transmissions I've traced.
You will not remain so near to the Omicrons, and from what I just received you won't be in Bretonia either. Seems you just signed your own death warrant.
Interesting... might I make a suggestion. Simply allow me to.. commandeer the ship. It is actually quite easy... the Bretonian Battleship's computer security systems are pretty basic, and even upgraded would prove no match for me, or even the simplest Lane Hacker. I s'pose the return of a rogue Battleship would be worth quite a lot to the Queen, and even if it isn't, it's still worth a lot to more... seedy elements. Just a suggestion. Some food for thought, if you will.
As for my opinions, I have one. What a waste of a battleship, and who made this guy commander?

"I am currently on freeport 11 after some attempts against the RoS. I happen to have heard some of the talk in the stations bar. Its funny how much people tell you when you just give them the right amount of credits. But that is irrelevant right now. Maybe you feel misunderstood, ill treated by your brothers and sisters far away home? they do not understand the most important business concerning the nomads. such wonderful technology to be gained, not to mention insight into their nature which could give the guild the edge over all criminals! - if it is true that you have fallen from grace and the bretonian forces have expelled you from their ranks - maybe you want to consider taking up a role within the bounty hunters?
the guild has done extensive research and exploration in nomad space and we are on the lawful side but not limited by stupid house laws and politics. we might grant you a free reign as long as you work beneficial towards the guildcore.
you might want to consider that offer and present it to your crew. a fine ship and a good crew might allways be welcome to the guild - especially one that is experienced with nomad battles and a veteran from many fights.
we do not take politics too serious, we are looking for whats in it for ourselves. think about it, captain.

I could care less about any Bretonian, unless they are in Outcast space, but I have one thing to say to you. You, sir, are a disgrace. You have no idea what fighting a losing battle is! When you have attacked an entire fleet by yourself in a fighter, THEN we can talk. You, sitting in a battleship, away from the war, do not know what it is like... And until you do, you best be quiet.
