[font=Franklin Gothic Medium]Listenin' to your little speech made me [color=#000000]laugh quite a bit! Listen to yourself, talking about revolution and civil revolts, 'bout the crumbling power of some government. Do 'Ya [color=#000000]always talk that much ?
A bit of an advice, from criminal to criminal. Let your actions speak, instead of your big-talk that reminds me of my toilet being flushed after having some princess-time on it.
I think you're nothin' but a talker, and we've got a LOT of talkers in Sweet Liberty as it is.
As he sat at his desk at a Universal Shipping customer service office on Planet Manhattan, Nils Bowings noticed his computer chime as a message arrived in his mailbox. He touched the holographic icon for his mail with the tip of his left index finger as he sipped from the cup of coffee his right hand was busy holding.
After staring at the message's content for a moment, Nils shook his head, touched a key that resembled an ancient telephone - an icon he had personally customized, for Sol history was his hobby - and connected with the local neural net provider's customer service.

You know, sometimes I wish that the Navy had as much power as you people give us in your perverse little revolutionary fantasies... Then I remember that The Republic of Liberty is not The Federal Republic of Rheinland, or Omega 52...then I smile and think of how proud it makes me to serve the Free people of the Republic of Liberty.
Our government may make mistakes, and our government may be imperfect. Hell, corporations may even run near wild in The Republic, but our people are free, and as a Vice Admiral of the Liberty Navy I'll do my damnedest to make sure they stay that way.
Now onto the real point, Lieutenant Hartman hit the proverbial nail straight on the head. You will never see Libertonian Marines marching down the streets of Manhattan's central district in place of Police, You will never see civilians imprisoned in Military facilities, and ou will never see military officers enforcing planetary civilian law.
As Hartman said, Admiral Hale first of all, is not unlimited in his power. Secondly, Hale IS a good man, with no machinations of military dictatorship, as far as I know. If Hale ever DID attempt to overthrow the civilian government of the Republic for any reason other than the good of the people I'd be the first to stick a gun in his back. Again though, that will never happen.
Lastly, Vendetta...Hale is much more of a man than you'll ever be, he continues to do his job quite well, even in the public light, under constant media and other public scrutiny both at work and privately.
You on the other hand, hide behind scramblers and false identities and spew lies in an attempt to sew chaos amongst the spacefaring people of this House. My bet is that you are nothing more than a common pirate or terrorist.
You're free to speak your mind all you want, but should we come to find out that you ARE in any way affiliated with a criminal syndicate, or terrorist organization...your freedom, or maybe your life, will be forfeit.
Should you on the other hand, turn out to be just another particularly dumb civilian, your life and freedom will continue to be yours to keep.

I dont know who you Think your talking to Mrs.Baker but you had best take the base out of your voice and get over the fact that that we the Unlawful's of Liberty are actually telling the people the truth while you continue to hide it all behind Veils of Mines and Locked Gates. We the people who know you all better then your selves the ones who know what the " Great and powerful and Righteous" Liberty Navy would Never Ever do something unfair and In-humane.
* flips through an old book and laughs*
You call Us savages?
*shakes his head* you Ms.Baker are one Very Very stupid woman Believe the curtain of Lies Admiral Hale holds before you.
I used to love this house Heck used to be a navy officer before my Commander showed me the truth. Sadly you killed almost all of our movement when you blew up our base......
...............400 people Dead...............
100 not accounted for.........
All because of the " Great and powerful and Righteous" Liberty Navy have you even Told the civilians what you guys do on the front lines Of this senseless war with Rheinland, killing those civilians trying to feed there families by getting money? I highly doubt that The Great and Bold Navy wouldn't do that! The navy would never harm a civilian trying to feed his family through trade even though I have seen it you stop them demand them to drop there shields and then *Snaps fingers* you Kill them *shakes head* shameful.
So Baker i got a few words for you
Shut Up
Stop lying to your self
Talk to the people you Kill you may learn something
Yeah.....
I see a whole lot of words and nothing conclusive there. Rejoyce!-You'd make a good poet.
You're going to have to do better than this, mate.
And another thing. What is it with you people trying to overthrow Liberty. Every other week there's a lunatic with an evil genie plan. Leave that to us, eh?

Well, mister Maverik, I think you need to clean your ears out. I never called anybody a 'savage' nor did I ever insist that the Liberty Navy was "Great and powerful". I do appreciate your compliment though.
I will say this though, I'd like to see the Rheinland War come to an end as well. Though, the Liberty Navy does not destroy civilian transport vessels, unless they're breaking laws and refuse to comply.
As for whatever base you're talking about? It's common knowledge that building a base anywhere within the Republic of Liberty, without the authorization of The Government of The Republic of Liberty, is considered a threat to the National Security of our House.
Generally speaking, unless a base is inhabited by Criminals, we give the people around twenty four hours to evacuate before we destroy it, if your people did not evacuate that was their choice, or, my assumption is that they were criminals like you, since you openly identified yourself as one.
As for the minefield surrounding the 'Classified' Zone, All military forces have areas that are restricted for one reason or another, this has no bearing on how we treat the average Libertonian citizen.
My point still stands, the Navy has never, and will never, have anything to do with Civilian Law Enforcement, or controlling the government.
We simply do not have the power, or the desire, to rule House Liberty ourselves. This house is led by the Powell administration, and will continue to be, until the next re-election term.
Finally, if you are an unlawful operating in the territorial space of this great House, you will be treated unfairly, your life will be hard, and you may be subject to inhumane actions.
Why? Because there is a war for control being waged in the space of this House, and War is not fair, or humane.
You're going to attempt to lecture me about taking away a person's ability to feed their family? look at yourself! Look at what it is that you do! robbing and murdering transporters, selling human lives on the black market, selling drugs to people and ruining their families!
Tsk, you people disgust me. I'm done arguing semantics with you, since you can't even stay on topic.

Maverik, you clearly don't know how wars are handled.
A civilian who chooses to provide military supplies to an opposing military force is no longer a civilian.
At that point, they have become a military asset entirely by choice.
These military assets are now valuable targets for Libertonian Forces.
However, they are given the option to act as a civilian transport by jettisoning the supplies they are carrying.
Should they refuse that option, and continue to be a military asset, they are treated as such and destroyed.
Their escape pod is then transferred to the nearest civilian transport to be taken home.

As for "The Vendetta"... <obviously sarcastic>
...that was a very well spoken...
...well thought out...
...and logical speech... <his sarcastic tone ends>
Considering you have the intelligence of an average teenage girl trying to be a rebel.
Also, this story has been brought up countless of times before you.
Remember children, don't copy your little essays and speeches from other people.
"My, my, how did I miss something this important? Well, never mind that. Chap, it would seem you're pushing the buttons of some very powerful people around here, that being Liberty. I guess I won't need to speak much as many others here have said the exact same thing about attempting to rise up and over throw your government.
It's not going to happen, not in a long time. But alas, by saying such I'm starting to sound like a broken record. So, here's an idea that crossed my mind, if you want to help people rise up against a corrupt regime, take your ship, and whoever supports you, to the Tau region where the real problem has surfaced. Seeing as bickering about the current state of affairs isn't going to change when the Gauls come rolling through Bretonia and knock on your doorstep, and I doubt you want to transition from a free country to an oppressed monarchy that will follow if nothing is done.
If you really care about Liberty, you would try to stop an advancing army, not create a civil war."
He sighs lightly.
"Though, I doubt you care. Anyways, Chamberlain out."
