Post in the role play sections frequently, argue in the Rules and General section all the time, welcome new people in the Welcome! section, try to help people as much as you can in the Help section.

That also works - longevity of one account helps a LOT.

Well some people just use one account on forums

Probably some of the best advice there. My two secondary forum accounts - I'm not even sure what they are anymore.
