My name is Colin O'hanna and I am the leader
of an Independent group of Zoners who make
our home in Omicron Zeta.
I am unaware if your command is aware of the
deal that took place today between OZ and
BAF|HMS-"Sutherland""...
However, I am sure that you are aware of people
within organisation having orders to seek Nomad
Remains for that base of yours.
Anyway... I can provide a solution for this problem,
as my organisation already has ample supply of
Nomad Remains that have been safely "pacified",
we have already proved we can deliver such goods
and our prices are very fair.
If you are interested in the "deal" I have to offer
please contact us via these channels.

Subject: Licensing
Miss O'Hanna,
I'm sure that the base administrators in Bretonia would be very happy to have a ready supply of Nomad Remains for their research and manufacturing. As long as you use Zoner ships small enough for our House docking bay transponder systems to handle, the only problem would be licensure. If you were to apply for and be approved for a Nomad Biomatter, Equipment and Weapons Licence, Obsidian Zoetic ships would be permitted to bring these materials into Bretonia.

You realise we are one of the most predominant
suppliers of Nomads, specimens that are hardly
"easy" to come by and we sell them at the very
cheap price of Twenty Million per Greater Nomad
sample?
Anyway... I am sure that we could come to some
agreement as to our carrying of Nomads within your
space as well as allowing some of our slightly larger
vessels into your space in order to bring them to you.
I am sure you understand that the journey to your space
is rather difficult: what with a Corsair base at the O41
jump hole and a molly base cutting off Dublin?
Not to mention that the technology required for
safe and secure transit of the remains whilst keeping
"pacified" is hardly appropriately sized for a BWT...

My apologies Mrs. O'hanna,
I'll admit that in my many years working for the police, I haven't dealt with that many Nomads. I'm sure you'll know more about them than I do, but Bretonian Law is my speciality. No matter the size of your ship, you'll still need a licence to carry them; otherwise I'd need to pull you over.
If you want to bring in larger ships, the Admirals are the people you want to talk to. The BPA normally just deal with the little ones.

Well as I am sure you may have realised,
but I have been too polite to say, this
communication has been mainly aimed at the
BAF.
As they are the ones with the manufacturing
capabilities to produce military equipment from
Nomad remains and are also the ones with the
ability to grant our people access to your space.
Anyway, our proposal is as follows:
We can continue to supply your people
lawfully and legally for a very reasonable
price if you in return work with us to negotiate
the passage of our Capital Class vessels within
Leeds and Cambridge as well as providing
us with the documentation in order to
carry Nomad remains inside Bretonia.
Whilst I understand that this is a stretch I
do hope we can negotiate some sort of
agreement between my people and your
government.
Very well, with Wallace now gone this is of
a much lower priority to our people. They were
the most dominant supplier of Cloaks that we
were in contact with and they contracted all of
their remains directly from us.
You are angry that we do not take your "secret"
research and production factories seriously?
Well we have seen it all before, we have supplied:
the OSI, the IC, WMS and many others...
All of which needed those remains for one thing,
Cloaks... We know what you are doing and we
are offering to supply your people with safe
pacified nomad remains.
Choosing to ignore us only brings great risk to
your own people and to the stability of Sirius as
a whole.
You reject our outstretched arms as we offer your
people new allies and trade whilst Gallia batters at
your front door?
The hinges screeching and the wood
splintering in-front of your eyes...
We may live far away but we are not blind to your
peril, PFI may be contracted to deliver us only gas
but do you not think they also bring us news?
*Her voice quietens and softens
she seems understanding and caring*
It is not been more than a few days since we first
started getting regular deliveries from PFI, yet
we have already heard too much...
We hear of your ships being inferior to the Gallics
war machines, you losing ground almost as
quickly as you lose pilots to their invasions.
We ourselves know war, most of our people
fled from its harrowing effects. My people
are building a new home, we are building a safe
haven for those who do not wish to live in the
shadow of war... Let us move your civilians from
the front lines and we can provide them with a new
home.
We ourselves have learnt to make the best of what
we have, as we speak we have a group of engineers
converting a Zoner transport into a prototype cruiser.
Allow us to bring you supplies to defend your boarders.
We...
I must admit the pressure you are making with this transmission can be misunderstood. Either you are really in situation to help us with the transportation of the civilians or you are too insistent to achieve benefit for your own sake by asking us to allow your capital ships to enter in our space.
Let me be clear about some things - There was an incident inside Wallace Station and thats all you need to know about that matter.
About the nomad remains - I must inform you that we dont need them nor we would allow them to be transported in mass by zoner capital ships in middle of Bretonia.
The only matter that I would discuss with you is about your request to boost our operations for evacuating some of the civilian population. I would like to receive more information about the "new home" and "haven" you are building for the refugees as well as the exact ship numbers and their types with whom you would provide the evacuation. If your offer is reasonable we may consider to accept it.
Dont get me wrong but I cant allow a new independent group to take our civilians in to an unknown system especially if they dont want that. Also the civilians are rising to fight against the gallic invasion and most of them wont leave their home but fight for it.
