My name is Novak Starsunder, and on behalf of myself as well as my parents, Joseph and Anna, I would like to put in a request for Gallic citizenship.

You see, my family hails from Planet Houston. My parents were previously employed by DSE. Now, in their 50s, they wish to take their savings, along with what I and my brother have, and open a small rest stop in Tau-23. Eventually, perhaps in 20 years' time, my parents wish to retire to Planet Orleans.

My brother Aleph works for IMG. He tells me that IMG miners and IDF shippers are both in need of a stopover point near the niobium fields. Java is quite a bit of a distance to go get some rest. As such, the Starsunder family has decided to apply for a permit to run a small operation near the fields. Amenities planned include a diner, bar, a Kusari-style capsule hotel, and of course refueling and repair services. While the main bulk of customers is expected to be from Gallic corporations as well as the IMG, the base will be open to all who abide by the laws.
