Citizenship within Gallia is not going to be possible at this time, as you are from a house we are currently at war with. To be blunt, we don't quite trust outsiders.

Onto the request of a base in 23. It has been denied. There is already too much traffic in that system as it is, and we do not need another station to cause problems. For a rest stop, you should contact one of the stations currently in the system and see if you can work out a deal. A entire station is a bit much for a "pit-stop".

of the deformation of the Jumping Zoners, they were
disbanded due to the growing danger level of their

Whilst OZ are not the same as JZ we were very close
neighbours, often did favours for each other and a large
number of their employees have joined our people having

I know that your people allowed the JZ to freely jump within

consider allowing our people to buy both a Jumpdrive
permit and a permit allowing us to transport Cryocubes for

Further more I resent your comments of
self obsession and frankly being lectured on
entitlement from a person who gained their
status by blood right is a little hypocritical is
it not?

Our people attempted to contact you and yours in an
attempt to restore the jobs of those whom come
to us having lost theirs. I am deeply sorry if my
reports of JZ and Gallias friendship are not entirely
correct, perhaps you could have enlightened me to this
earlier on in our communications instead of pretending
to consider my requests at all?

We never claimed to be JZ, only that we were their
friends and that I am doing my best to restore their
system for their employees and to bring some wealth
to the Omicrons.

Perhaps we can start again with a little more
transparency? Or do you still wish to pretend
you don't know who the Phoenix are?
