hahaha check how it sounds  Thats genius. Sounds clever, big words and all. Looks like rap to me:D
Okay now, I have to say something serious about the theme, not to be accused of spamming, so here it goes... People have become quite a new-clan-phobiac recently. We should all try and give a second chance to people that did something inappropiorate. Not all new clans and players are evil too. Some of them also come from RP servers (like PRF:P) and act according to rules, occasionaly making some mistakes. Ask yourself what would Jesus do:P
Just be glad Praetyre wasn't there... I've seen how he handles with (even marked) OOC in-system chat. Really fun, as he takes everything everyone says as RP.
It's a hobby of mine. The way I see it, I'd treat it like a guy in the middle of a highway saying "Got to go up to the mothership now". It's fun, plus it keeps the mood of RP even with others breaking it.
I treat OOC in system chat, marked or not, due to the fact it violates rules, as in RP.
Imagine if you were, say, a cop on a highway, and you heard someone in the middle of the road laughing out loud and saying he'll drive off a cliff and respawn back at his house. You'd assume he was a complete lunatic, and try and talk him out of it or restrain him. Same thing goes for RP.

Only problem with that, is that you wont actually respawn back at your house if you DO do it. In Freelancer, its going to happen anyway. In real life however, it isn't. If someone in real life says that, then they ARE a lunatic.
While being quite funny, your sig was the biggest one i've ever seen so far. No more than 700x250 please. ~utrack http://pastebin.com/SYQXBufs
They wouldn't, in RP, just as Corsairs wouldn't be able to dock with New Berlin even if it was green in their HUD, in RP. They would be picked up and probably incarcerated in a mental hospital after they were treated of their wounds. In the Corsairs case, if they miraculously managed to hack in and get by, they would be arrested at the docking port.
In RP, I always try and give a plausible explanation to any seemingly OORP thing. Nightfall did a similar thing with sanctions, and it's actually one of the greatest pleasures of the game for me.
