I am sorry if I sound annoyed, but I have been quite patient by going through all procedures the Republic of Liberty has in place, even though it is profiling and... if I may say, quite Speciesist. Now I do not want to sound like a misanthropist, but it hurts me when humans treat my kind like rag dolls or simple items. We are people, and as such I would like to ask for a bit of respect.
Now, I did not want to be a burden, but I did mention I need somewhere to go. I do not have any credits and I am mistrusted due to my nature. I am dying currently due to my life support systems overloading and without proper repairs I will not be able to live much longer.
You have help me get this far, Captaine. Please hear out my plea before something bad happens.

Apologies for the delay. I've been having a lot of communication issues of late. I hope that this message still finds you in good health. As it turns out, I have a room on Fort Bragg, Planet Manhattan, now. Part of the perks of rank. I'm not sure how much I'll be there, but if you desire, I can leave instructions for you to be allowed there. Your vessel can remain in impound while the Navy personnel attend to it, and you can request maintenance for your life support from the techs there. I hope this helps.

Merci Merci! I thank you for your generosity and permission for use of your living quarters!
I shall request the Miaou be moved to a closer impound so I may visit the ship daily. I do hope the engineers can fix the ship up. There is still the problem of not receiving a message from the citizens offices or some other department of Liberty. Maybe the communications problem hit them too.
If that is the case, could you send my plea to them? I know I've been asking much of you, but I simply haven't the ability to do much myself.

It's not a problem. I've left instructions for Fort Bragg's Air Traffic Control to clear your vessel, with requisite escort of course, for landing there. The Miaou will be maintained by our technicians there while you are present. I suppose it goes without saying that we'll be using this opportunity to take a look at the Gallic technology present, though I can promise we won't tear the vessel to pieces while doing so. The same techs will also be maintaining your life support systems, so please cooperate with them fully. I'm sure there are nuances to your systems that they would otherwise miss if not informed about. I've also made it clear that they are not to treat you as the crew of the Battleship Ottawa did.
I'll see about contacting the Liberty Citizen's Office on your behalf, though I can't guarantee it'll speed the process up any. I'll let you know if I make any head way with it.
In the mean time, I hope you enjoy your new quarters. There won't be much there, but it'll keep you out from under foot, so to speak. Good luck, Merlin.
