While our armada forces the Bretonian fleet into withdraw. EFL Oil & Machinery continues to insure their Ships, Marines, and Equipment endures the long journey toward victory. However this is not without difficulty or limitation on my corporation's part. At this present moment production facilities in our Central District have undergone great strain while attempting to supply our kingdom's increasing demand. Most effected by this temporary mishap is our Research and Development Department. The Corporate Board assures without the construction of a new facility to compensate. The department will continue to decline relieving many special trained employees to lose their positions.

The Corporate Board has also determined a solution to this problem. A research facility constructed in orbit of Planet Mayenne, Maine in EFL's Northern District. This will bring sustainability to the Central District further increasing equipment quality for military and civilian associates. Of course most products will be highly advanced in nature, restrictions will be present protect the local populates. A production area will also be present inside this new facility to construct newly designed Jump Drive, Hyperspace Scanners, Docking Modules, and Cloaking Devices.

Bonsoir, Solaris. I understand that you've already had an altercation with the prince about your proposed installation. But if you're willing to start on a clean slate, then so am I.

But before we set anything in stone, I'd like to discuss a few things. First, can you tell me about your organization? Are you a branch of Solar Engineering? What do you do?

Second, what "advanced devices" do you intend to develop on your base, and what will you do with them? Also, what other plans do you have for your base? What modules will you construct? Is this base a temporary installation, or do you intend for it to be a permanent fixture?

Once you answer these questions, we can discuss the actual construction of your station

Two things trouble me about your proposal, Solaris.

First, you've said that you want to construct your installation outside of Planet Bourges. However, that area is already somewhat crowded, with the tradelane termination points and La Charite Space Port occupying a fair portion of space. That, coupled with your stated intent to construct defense platforms, causes me to deny your request to construct at Bourges. Perhaps you could build your station around Vierzon Mining Facility instead, at the edge of the Arnon field directly above the planet? That would be well out of the way of any traffic around the planet, but still close enough to make short supply runs.

Second, your stated intent to sell the "invisibility" devices that you'd create is a bit concerning. Should you decide sell your goods to any enemies of the Crown, any Sirians, any freelance ruffians, or anyone who is not a law-abiding Gallic citizen, the GRP will seize your base and everything aboard it. If I find that anything you create falls into the wrong hands, I will personally see to the deconstruction of your station. Is that clear?
