Based on my understanding of the relations between your group and the Hessian Army,
Even though you started your cooperations with us with promising effort, you did not
hold to that promise, which resulted in toning down the relations, and any sane and
logical individual could tell you that in cases like this, your best chance - or only
choice,if Brigadegeneral Dresner was the one looking into this complaint - could
have been trying to fix what you had broken, not breaking it even further to make
sure it's nowhere near repairable anymore.

I do understand that our groups had a series of agreements, but you can not simply
disappear from Rheinland for over a year or two, and then suddenly reappear, assuming
all the privileges you had been granted are still in place. Thus, the Oberkommando
is demanding you to explain the behavior of two of your pilots earlier this day.




As you can clearly see in the logs provided, two of your pilots tried sneaking through
our system - which is off-limit to anyone not part of the Hessian movement or not
considered a close ally - and to worsen their case, they even dared refusing the
demand made by the Hessian forces present, which was to cut their engines and
explain their presence in the system. Furthermore, they decided to engage the
Hessian pilots present, and when they found themselves getting slaughtered by a group
of our aces, their hopeless attempt was to do desperate torpedo runs on Vogtland.

Now, gentlemen... If you were planing to renew your relations with the Volksrevolution,
I'm afraid you've horribly failed, and your only choice would be to explain yourselves
and also accept to compensate the damage done to our station by your pilots in
any manner the Oberkommando may see fit.

The Oberkommando have already put this matter to vote, and I personally doubt the
results would be in your favor, so you'll have to step forward with a reasonable
explanation and a convincing appology to have even the slightest hope of getting
a chance to resolve this matter.

The Foundation looks to resolve these matters quickly. As the interests of the RHA will be of help to our efforts of liberating the masses from tyrannical rule.

Decisions of the Oberkommando regarding this matter is as follows:

First and foremost, you will agree to stay clear of the Hessian zone of influence,
which means Rheinland and Omega systems, as long as these negotiations are ongoing.
There will be no exceptions to this, and our pilots are ordered to shoot any and all
vessels belonging to the foundation on sight for the time being.
Your pilots have 48 hours to move any and all vessel they may have within said systems
out of the area.

Then, the Oberkommando have decided to issue a fine regarding the incident with
those two of your pilots. This fine has to be paid within 72 hours from the time of
this transmission if the Foundation decides to continue these negotiations, in
hopes of clearing up the relations between the two of our groups.

Additionally, your group is to consider any and all prior arrangements made with
the Army moot and outdated, and you are requested to step forward with a detailed
description of your group, your plans and your goals, as well as your intentions
and planed activities within Hessian space. This would need to be done after all
the other conditions listed in this transmission are fulfilled.

Last but not least, the revolutionary council are demanding an official apology posted
in this channel by each of the pilots in question, individually. They would also have
to include a detailed, unaltered copy of their transponder registry and reputation sheet
in their transmission and to include the exact name and callsign of every ship they

I can confirm that the two Pilots involved in the issue have been dealt with accordingly, I can also apologize on our behalf for the damages caused and any inconvenience, however I do request you take back your threats upon us. Influential political revolutionists as yourselves do have your secrets to keep as do many of us, and we wouldn't want matters getting worse over a small event such as this one. If the encounter did however show signs of disrespect, all we can give you is an apology. I inform you, you are not the only influential power in Sirius and 'blackmailing' the foundation could not result in better times ahead. Our re-appearance could prove our relations to have been feeble at our given time, however we urge you to reconsider this matter, an influential organization as yourselves does not need any more problems or enemies in this sector.

These 'territorial' troubles are but the smallest of your worries, you might want to take further action upon the Rheinland house rather than us, it could prove to be towards your advantage someday, seeing as we are both similarly intentioned. The only one I see making threats here, "Sectorate", is you and your organization. Let me remind you, that your group of desperately delusional antisocial scum who formed barely a couple of years ago, is nowhere even near having equal footing with the Red Hessian Army, a well-established force within both the Omega systems and Rheinland, and thus, you are in no position to make such empty threats, of course unless you and your command structure all suffer from various mental disorders which are not much uncommon among various gangs of goons such as yours.

Neither you, nor any of the lowlifes of your type are anything but a nuisance a petty bug may cause for an eagle, and thus, with no actual power or influence it would be you, and only you who, in your own wording "would not need any more problems or enemies in this sector".
