I've just come from a meeting with my collegues from the board of directors and we discussed building a trading outpost in Tau-23. Which will serve as both a hub for mining operations and storage for goods from or destined for gallic space.
As you surely are aware Omicron Supply Industries already has a number of dealings with and permits from the gallic crown, such as the "Restricted Exports Permit" and the "Jump Permit" for our jumpship the "Keldabe". And we would like to keep up our good relationship with the crown.
We are aware that we are not a gallic corporation. But as Tau-23 is not gallic space per se, as you state yourself that the crown only has "territorial claims" in Tau-23. Our lawyers claim that the following regulation

it is always a pleasure to to hear from OSI and that was true for the first two paragraphs of your communique. Paragraph 3 becomes a bit more contentious but not deeply so until the end.
It is a peculiar business strategy that is approached by citing laws and invoking what your lawyers think. Considering our long relationship we are slightly mystified by such an apparently agressive tack.

Got a question about the Tau-systems and the right IMG to be there.
Any mining operations is prohibited by any corporation in Gallia and IMG are no exception to this rule. They only have the right to move freely throughout Gallia with legitimate goods.
Does this mean the right Gallian vessel to demand IMG miners to leave Tau at once? I understand than IMG miners are always protected by criminals from "Colonial Army". But this military relations basically does IMG quasi-legal entity at all. And criminal may be.
Furthermore, what means "claimed right" if there is Royal rights, not democraty or anything else. Royal rights has no exeptions or forked and confirmed and supported by only Royal Navy power.
There is one more. In Tau-39 I (GRN ID/IFF) was attacked by IMG NPC Missile-platforms without any agression from my side. After destroying this hostiles a was attacked by NPC IMG patrols destroyed too. Fraction indicator remain neutral. What this all about.
Can somebody explain more clearly Gallic laws against IMG and their illegal mining operations and presence in the Gallia Tau systems?

the Tau situation can cause some confusion, we have sent the archivists to source the original documentation.
In essence Gallia allows IMG to mine the northern Niobium field and thus moving them on would require special circumstances. If they are in the southern Beryllium fields then moving them on is recommended.
This relationship does have special "restrictions" linked to Java Station.
"Java station is also blocked for all ships belonging to Bretonia, Liberty, Gallic Resistance and Colonial Military. Gallic Royal Navy patrols needing to repair and/or refuel may do so, but we request they leave the station once maintenance is complete."
If you have evidence that this is being flouted please forward to appropriate authorities.
Tau 39 is not currently part of the systems the King lays claim over, it would be interesting however to see an official IMG response to this situation, have you forwarded a report to IMG HQ?

As I understand the situation is much worse in Tau. Many officers battleship Guillestre already willing to move in Leeds, where there is a clear and present enemies of the Kingdom and His Highness.
The defeated Colonial republic is showing some activity. But their tactics coincides with the criminal and to remove this pathetic "threat" Gallic Police force can be enough.
Thanks for the clarification of the situation with the rights of IMG in the area. Since they are not considered a threat to the Kingdom - their ships are perceived as neutral until will not show aggression.

we understand that Treyarch has been requisitioned by Gallic Police Forces, principally to monitor cryocube traffic. The Kingdom is grateful for this action and obviously has no problem with your current request.
Please construct the base a similar distance as Treyarch was from shipping traffic, it would also be useful to lodge its name and of course follow the restriction we expect regarding docking rights.
