It would appear that your answers have simply generated more questions for both myself and the Buro. While we acknowledge that you do not currently exhibit any aggressive behaviour, we do not know what you are capable of under certain circumstances.
In the spirit of cooperation however I will answer your questions before asking more.
Humans exhibit a high level of individualism which makes it so cooperation between members of our species is difficult to achieve unless a compromise is reached where both parties are happy. No human does anything without some sort of reward being offered even if it is something as simple as personal satisfaction.
I'm sure you can see why this would lead to conflict. If one party is unhappy with the current state of affairs and the other party, for whatever reason, does not wish to compromise then conflict arises and if the parties are both large enough it could escalate to a war severe enough to impact the entirety of Sirius.
I believe that answers your questions. Now then, I have several more questions I need to ask you.
If you really were created by an advanced race, then why do you resemble us?
Why are you so interested in humans in particular and does it have something to do with the fact that you look like us?

If your statements are correct, then calculations lead me to the assumption that a single human individual is able to act in contradiction with the nature and expectations of its entire specie. no your matching of our communication network is working fine, you may have just misunderstood our naming conventions. As your designation is an abbreviation for what appears to be an artificial construct it is not unusual for the letters to be capitalise, however in accordance with your wishes we have no problem using Lara.
As for our designation, you can think of us as a political construct to handle day to day business of the Monarch, thus individual designations would be improper, the Kingdom of Gallia will suffice.
You are correct in deducing we humans are a curious race however you must temper that with our other main trait, intra-species agression, we are very tribal. In Gallia's case this is also tinged by history, our, and our allied "tribes", were subject to a near successful extermination attempt by people we now find in this sector, we are thus extremely cautious.
Within our society the Taus are seen as the gateway to the resources we can trade with others of our species. Sadly they are also the meeting point of people who have chosen to be our enemies. Consequently we are interested in any developments within this region.
Experience has taught us altruism is not a common trait within the universe so consequently at this point, while we monitor the situation, a deeper linkage of information would be frowned upon from our side. We originate from the M-37 sector of the Perseus Arm of the Milky Way. I estimate the distance to be somewhere in the region of 4,000 light years. However spacial geography is not exactly my specialisation, so this figure may be a little inaccurate. We were constructed by a people known as the Aurigans. They were particularly gifted in the construction and development of Artificial intelligence. The Aurigans attempted to make us look more like them by a variety of methods. I myself am an older construct and so use the less effective and older hologram technology, to project an image. *He says this slightly bitterly.*

Well, if it's raw Beryllium you need, just send a few of your transports over to Java with some credits to pay for the stuff. If you've got specific purity needs or such you'll have to ask the higher-ups. Us Independent Miners don't really discriminate between clients who don't shoot at us or our allies. I'm sure our station dealer can set you up with a good amount. The Gauls have the best batches of Beryllium in the south, but we got enough smaller deposits around here to keep refining going.
Perseus. Not exactly next door. Wonder if the Colonials came from that area as well. I'll have to ask em sometime.

From your initial message at least, I would assume you are not human in origin. Whether hostile alien, mutated Maltese slaver or an artificial intelligence (often a stretch of the word, likely corrupted by the gate systems in the area), they are often a trouble for we Colonials.
