I apologise for taking some time to bring this news directly to you, but I felt the need to do some investigation to assure myself this could be true. Since you are hearing from me, I've not got anything to deny it outright, which is incredibly worrying.
You should all be able to see a copy of this channel which I sent to a Colonial agent after a chance meeting with a... different type of Gallic Royalist. According to this "Black King" and backed up by Sentry, Gallia has fallen under the influence of the Nomads, and not the 'friendly' ones we encountered last year. There will be some sort of talks with at least Liberty and the Colonials, who you would likely want to get in contact with.
