Yesterday the LNS-Alcatraz, and an accomplice Ten-Four, attempted to extort me by claiming my vessel was against Liberty laws, he proceeded to move to an attacking position before i even responded and opened fire upon me after i claimed legitimate ownership and right of passage through Liberty. It is clear he had no intention of letting me pass without paying his extortionate "fine".

As you can see they claimed my gunboat was a "warship" but according to Liberty law, section three, part II, gunboats and below are classified "small ships" whereas cruisers and above are "warships". The zoner "Conference" gunboat is not on the list of illegal small ships in the liberty systems and i have been granted permission to use said gunboat at my leisure by Pope Brettonias of the TAZ.

Whether this is pure negligence of the law or corruption of an officer, I demand actions be taken against this captain.
