I should really really think not. Sigmas is GMG space. GMG isn't Kusari. The options would be either Rheinland removes it from Sigmas at their own expense. Sell it to GMG. Or watch it get destroyed by GMG bombers. It exists at GMG's permission in order to clean up Rheinland's mess. Nothing more.
The best thing is actually to abandon it in RP. The space there is too tight for so many stations, also there is no viable pirate spot so this could create one.

Currently there's only 3 Stations and one of them is going away, 2 more added though from what I hear. 4 Stations, 2 lawful and 2 unlawful. Doesn't seem too crammed. Clouds got you claustrophobic?
One of the options listed here has correctly stated what will happen to Helgoland Station. I won't say which one because there are already enough spoilers out there!
It was emptied out (along with Tau-42, Yukon and a couple of others) and although originally considered to be left as a dead-end system they have instead been removed from the map.
Half of Mito Shipyard is now in Chukogu, the other half is a new Dragon base in Honshu.
