The Core are NOT Bounty Hunters. The Core is a private military company. The Core is out there trying to (research / steal / take by military force / take by coercion) Nomad technology for its own use.
They way I see it is if an official faction doesnt look after its indies, there's no need to respect them. Your RP is fine, but it doesnt look like you'll share any of the benefit with my character. You should give your indies an incentive to help you, otherwise its no surprise they're gonna find their own ways of making money.

I'm sorry that you don't agree with me on this.
However, that the Core is not a bounty hunting organization is specifically the way it's set up. That is on purpose. Yes, it's still a backlash due to the DW, and it may not make you happy, but that's the way it is.
If you wish to earn money with your Core ship - take some of those multi-million credit missions off of Rostock. That's why those missions exist - JD and I used to work together all the time and kill the NPC's. Now they're smarter and tougher - make it more of a challenge for you.
But as far as hunting bounties with a Core ID'd ship?
The lore of the Core is that we RECRUIT pilots from the BHG. Once you become a Core pilot, you give up chasing bounties because you're on a more important mission. This RP goes back to the very founding of the the BHG, when the Athenian and Tic merged the S/D and the Core into the BHG|- and BHG|Core-.
So - you want to hunt bounties? You can fly up to an Orca and do so. You want to fly our caps? You give up the right to hunt bounties.
The way this is set up is on purpose, and was done with the agreement of the admins at the time. it is specifically DESIGNED to prohibit bounty hunting with BHG caps, and it was done on purpose. There will not be a repeat of the debacle that was the DW on this server.
So we have established lore and RP that Core caps don't hunt bounties - period. And I've issued in-RP orders as faction leader that are applicable to ALL users of the Core ID specifically to address this. This is covered under rule 4.7, and also in Matt's explanation of rule 4.7. I'm not saying this to be a pain in the butt - I'm simply telling you the reality of the situation.

Right which is why I think you should pay core ID players for helping that mission by killing order/nomad ect ships. Or doing any other RP that helps, yknow. THAT would be you RPing. After all, NPCs are boring.
That or leave them be.

A lot of our Core players also have APM ships (or other transports) as well if they're worried about funding their Core ships. In this respect, Core is like our enemy, the K'Hara (and for that matter, the Order).
If you want to play in one of those three groups, you pretty much have to accept that your character is a money sink simply because that's the way they're set up.

Hone it's not the way Agmen RPs it. It's the way core RP is setup.
Same way you don't see RM turtles bounty hunting around, Core ships doesn't do it either since that's not their purpose.

So you don't hunt bounties with a Bullhead. You have plenty other things you can do with it. Join the Core.
Basically, this. Devs and Core folks made everything possible to keep the faction the way they wanted, no matter how illogical it'd in Discovery universe.
So yes, no caps for BHG, no bounty hunting for Core. No, it doesn't matter that pirates deploy cruisers&battleships left and right. It also doesn't matter that it's BHG that was financing Core's war (before), so they got enough funds and industrial capabilities (more than any non Sair/OC pirate faction, to be precise) to deploy those things.
Me and several other folks brought up these questions before, multiple times. It's useless, they won't let it go.
Answer is quite simple: Houses don't want hunter capitals inside them.
However, I see no problem with regular BHG caps in borderworlds.
Well, IDs are IDs, for example official BHG can't use GBs in housespace.
