Where do I report?

Back in my days, there was a place where LNS indies were making patrol reports and stuff like that. I can't find that topic, nor do I recall what was the name. Does anyone know of what I'm talking about and is the thread is gone or can you point me to it?

It's always been open to indies as well, to my knowledge. Though it is predominantly used by the [LN], that's largely due to the fact that not many indies tend to post message dumps, or prefer to use the Comms Channel when issues pop up.
