Summer/Winter time

It seem to not be shown in time(i mean, i have 23.53 at the time of posting, and i have summer time, when profiles of people from Romania, Serbia show 22.53, but they should have 21.53 winter time.)

You can correct summer/winter time settings in the User Control Panel (Edit Options page, change the setting for "Daylight Saving Time correction").

The problem becomes the differences in the automatic summer/winter time switchover around the world, plus not all countries do it the same way, and some countries don't do it at all... It's quite a pain to guess the right setting.

Funny, after setting "DST" on "always use", my time is shown at 1 hour more (should be 00.40, shows 01.40, if i would change time to winter it would be 23.40)
