Off-topic as hell, my post is, but... haven't encountered that one in update 4. TS/TZ seems to be broken on some liberty caps but I've not heard of bombers having TS/TZ. If the issue still exists, can you PM me some ships with TS/TZ issues (have it when they shouldn't or don't have when they should)? I'll look into the plugin and see what's broken.
As an aside, we do what we can. Perhaps if we had a AAA development studio we'd have more impressive instant success, but alas, we're merely various groups of volunteers of varying skillsets.

Nobody gives a crap. You are all developers, you must deliver Rank A gameplay features, you cannot make mistakes, you must not fail, you cannot rest, you must keep updating, fix bugs, give me unique import ship, when phantoms are back, etc etc.
Now to be real, how about you all people just appreciate their effort on keeping the mod and server up for you to enjoy it without any pay-to-play or thank-to-play system?
If you see a problem, how about you be an exterminator and report the bug to relevant thread?
Biting and poking will do nothing these days.
Please take all bickering about dev team stuff and leave the thread. I would prefer to have my thread about some contradictions in the rules that I am requesting that be looked into clean of this.
Power does not corrupt. Fear corrupts... perhaps the fear of a loss of power.
Report bugs if you wish and expect to be fixed in 1-2 years time. Good luck with that.
The same mod worked without this obvious fails in 4.85 somehow without AAA studio and the rest of the said stuff mostly because the people running the show then cared about the problems and fixed them.
Good example is when Dusty made nice troll squad when the mining was implemented for the first time, the Staff then fixed the problem in 2 weeks time changing the Miner ID and adding 7 days cooldown on the renameme command. This is the key to have 195/200 server.
Or now you are gonna tell me that for re-writing the rules in order not to be ridiculous you need AAA game studio and 20 million $ budget?
It is midset problem in general, people that put 2000 range on GB guns just does not play the game or does not care in general. This is the only logical explanation.
I am not speaking about engine problems/codding problems that are complicated to solve, writing the rules proper in the forum and setting proper gun ranges/scanner ranges does not require to be AAA game developer, it requires a lot less.

This is my take on blanket bounties under the new new rules
Any definable attribute is allowed except for ID
* ships with a specific IFF
* ships of a certain make
* ships affiliated with a known hostile group (tag)
* ships engaging in undesirable activity (eg, caught in the act of piracy, caught firing on a base, etc)
These were all used on various bounty boards before the rule change (most notably the Bretonia bounty board). The only impact here seems to be that ID can no longer be used, but all other criteria can remain.
Individual bounties on specific named targets can also continue to be used, ofc.
It also strikes me that since ID is no longer visible in-RP, and the bounty boards are supposed to be in-RP, then the bounty boards can no longer demand ID as "evidence" of anything.
Tangentially related, it has long been game policy that lawful bounty hunters are not Sirius police--we do not and cannot stop piracy in action unless there is a bounty that covers it for the current system. If we were roaming anti-piracy squad then there would be no need for house lawfuls. Furthermore, we are paid for kills, not paid to sit around cali gate and wait for a bunch of "freelancers" to slip up and do some piracy, we dont get paid to waste cycles, if they become problematic put them on the bounty boards and then it will be our problem.
