Well, the common sense appliance is very poor here so the wording of actual law have a great meaning. Can we do something about it? Yes, we can deal with it till it's fixed somehow.
Why cant Bretonia complain to Liberty if Liberty people start enforcing their own laws in the space of other nations they recognise as sovereign?
What is the problem with dealing with this inRP? It's not like Bretonia lacks the ability to FR5 people who do this. If they lacked the ability to correct it themselves, I could see the issue, but I can't, because they can.
