threating to report a player has 99% given a Sanction, and not just a warning.

Are admins gone soft and given up for the kiddos that dosent understand server rules.

Comon Hammer hard on these newbees that dosent want or cant care to read server rules.

I see rule breaking everyday, but cant be -insert- word to make reports cuz the last months admins have gone soft.

Every sanction has to take note of the context within which the report was filed, and the wider in game context of the reported action.

Very few reports contain the full picture. Most people, when reporting, selectively give information to make themselves look like more of a victim, and the reported player to look like more of a villain.

The wider context has to be factored into any penalty handed out by the admin team once they have established guilt. In some (very rare) cases, an action which is against the rules might merit no penalty at all due to the in game context, possible provocation, and the intent of the report.

Me too, but we all make mistakes or mis-read/mis-interpret rules, and sometimes we're even sanctioned for unwritten rules lolz.
