Consequences:
You logged a GMS transport ship and used it to locate a Zoner barge. You then logged your GRN battleship from the same account and used it to track down said barge with information they would not normally have. This is called powergaming. You will find stuff has fallen off both ships and a sanction notice in each hold.
Note: Considering you are the one who filed this report, it's almost a malicious report when you were breaking the rules to discover what someone else was doing.
Actually, I believe that you are pretty wrong. I`m not sure how you got to the fact that I tracked the barge with the GMS transport ship since I didn`t request it position or anything.
Thus the GRN knew the position of the barge as you can see here: http://discoverygc.com/forums/showthread...pid1463185 . At a close position we found the barge loaded with a comodity that they did not had permit to export so we asked them to drop the cargo and join us on a trip out of Gallia.
Let me say something as my barge is mentioned in incident, so i am involved. I havent written any report for this however, but facts are that one EFL tranport asked to come to see our jumping sequence. We were hidden deep in antimatter nebula with visibility almost to none. I provided information to EFL ship , but several minutes later GRN BS showed. So i suppose ELF passed information to GMS tranport and GMs reloged to BS. But question is if gms transport asked EFL to provide such information. So GMS tranport and BS , although from same account are not technically directly involved.
IF i am aware correctly i was reported for ruleabusing but somehow Lapiere got sanctioned for malicious report. I wouldnt call his acts rulebreaking but rather poor RP.
To add, further RP included escorting my barge from Maine to LEEDS ! We were tagging along for 2 hours in rp encounter. I got DCed at the beggineing of RP and almost destrozed but i managed to come back and play all along. It was dead night, i was going to travel abroad tommorow and need to rest. At last i stucked in picardy jh graphic sequenze and ion storm followed 5 miuntes earlier. I havent logged back , cause i would travel for 4-5 hours as i dont know Gallia well.
Maybe i broken some rules by that, but really i was tired and have reall life and work . I honoured mr Lapiere memorable 2 hours braking through rocks. I think his RP was trolllike and malicious in nature, but he sticked to me and shared our ill fate, so i will not take it for a offence.
We have some misunderstandigs from previous time, regarding my abusement of rules earlier, so he played vigilante, but he caught me actually just for RP consequences , as i done things properly this time regarding server rules. That problem will be solved as i found permanent and credible partner for jumping sequenzes.
So , let Lapiere say about it i told truth. I am sad i got reported, but i understand resentment. IF MR Lapiere agrees with this stated here , i would ask admins to reconsider recompensating him some property back, as i think that we can work in future for better of game without need admins to judge upon us . We are expirienced plazers , at all.
One more mr Lapiere. You stated in RP encounter that i brake rule of my license cause i dont stick my jumper fleet in the vicinity of chateau gontier freeport where i can take jumps. That is in chat logs written. But you are propably aware that by game mechanic where junker CSF spawn any jump is immpsobile by game mechanic as csf tractor full amount of any cargo left to drift in space. So no ship can ever take jump from there.
If YOU are in right, should i report than my license for breaking rule 1.2 ? .. no , i am not that type , neither are you in right this time. Sorry for this addon, i stick to my initiall appinion how to resolve this matter.
I`m pretty sure that I have told you that you broke your contract with The Kingdom by trying to export other comodities rather than the ones you have mentioned in the contract.
Thus I have not asked the EFL vessel where are you located. As a GRN I knew your location or a close aproximation of it. Since you weren`t around the Freeport and there was a nebula close I dropped by and located you. As I have previosly mentioned, I want a clear proof from the admins where I have ooRP located you.
I don`t see how your ex-license for Gallia was breaking the rule 1.2.
Also I don`t see how it is "trolllike" to escort you out of Gallia if I find you abusing a contract. You find me a troll for making you fly a barge that much? Well maybe think about that next time...
As for poor RP you were the one with // and other alot of ooRP messages. And the F1 part was pretty ugly...
f1 was acidentall not intentionall... I managed to relog back. Well lets admin judge. ...I saw now my barge and jumper deleted, still wanna give some good word for you, you still hold grudge. Hehe, Will not post here more.
I believe that a decision has already been made and there is no need for a new one. I understood that my ways of getting to you weren`t that ethical but we are humans.
