So, There is a pirate who is playing "dirty". The second you try something on him he runs to a base and stand in a spot that forces you to hit the base if you want to hit him. and whenever you shoot him anyway he iinstanly docks. This should count as a RP death right?
But then again acording to server rules you need to drain his shield to bellow 50% for it to be considered an attack on him... so this might be a bit of a grey area.... Is it considered pvp death if his shield didn't drop bellow 50% before he docked? I don't think it is, but might be best if an admin sees this and answers...
We hunted down a pirate, got his shields down several times but we could never finish him off. However he all ways flies to our own factions base and stand in a spot where we cannot attack him without attack our base. If we would attack the base by mistakes it would make the base attack us instead. But today we manged to drop him down to about 2-5% before he instantly docked with the base. This would be considered a PvP death I assume but my question is: Is it allowed to forcefully make someone attack there own faction base just to "kill" the pirate in question. To me this seems like very foul play!
If we don't kill him, he all ways acts as he is still alive even if he fled the battle.

Hugging stations is generally not very good form, although I'd say that this depends on the situation. It's not against the rules.
Docking in combat is PvP death. If they're docking on your faction's base to run from your faction, however, that's a bit out there. If you're sufficiently ticked off, an FR5 by the official faction or perhaps a sanction for "ooRP docking" if that's still against the rules, are both options.
Take screens of:
> your ID
> your base ID
> his ID
> him attacking you
> him docking at your base (green message)
> everything timestamped
Then report it.
It is a violation against ID to dock at a base whose owners' people you attacked.
However, it is not a really harsh sanction that he gets.
If you however can proove that he is trolling you, things get more interesting and your effort might pay off because then it hurts.

I have few Qs for you;
Did he really atacked you, before you shoot him?
Did he really try to rob you or someone from your fraction when you were there?
And one little Q, tell me please that you don't use BS to hunt him down without real reason?
And how can someone force you to shoot your own base? (I forgot to ask you that)
