Greetings,
My name is Senior Judge Yohance and I work for the BIS. From time to time, our forces have worked together when dealing with the Gallic crown. Or more to the point, you have worked with BAF and not us. I wish to work towards changing that. While I can't offer you much in terms of military might like they do, we can offer you other things of interest. For example, this came from an intelligence mission just yesterday.
I send this to you with a thought, we have a shared enemy, my orders are to remove that enemy. By what means I am able to do that is.....lets just say, we are more flexible then the government in these matters. If you happen to know of ways perhaps of slipping into their territories unnoticed, we would be inclined to share the data we gather. Just as an example.
This is merely a thought, a possibility as it were. I leave the details of such an exchange open to your imaginations as to what we can offer each other. In the mean time, take the intelligence data I have sent you as a token of friendship. I hope it is of use to you. Should you be interested in something more permanent, my channel is always open.
Much has changed in the ranks of the Lance since any of us last interacted with you. I've been commissioned to respond by the new Comandante Celestino, a close associate ever since I joined the Lance all that time ago. I now sit in a position of lesser authority yet, as one with experience with Bretonians, I'll take this one under my wing.
Reminiscence aside, let me keep this short. Our last meeting with you ended with your men fleeing from us after you invaded our territory and thought you were at right to ask us for information about our operations. A laugh, at the very least for our skilled pilots. Now, you come to the Lance once again, claiming we should now ally with your kind, the local joke in the bar at Cali Base, seemingly against a group of Junkers that we are paying to kill for us.
We do not take such requests from sub-standard intelligence. You may take your "token of friendship" and shove it in your engines and any other orifices you may have.

Greetings again Mr. Orsini,
You may have experience with Brets, but your ability to read I think may be lacking. I was not asking you to ally against these Junkers, I could care less about them. I was merely pointing out that they seem to be quite happy shooting your own ships from your own base. I did not realize it was common practice for you to hire people to blow up your own ships and for that I apologize.
My offer was to deal with the Gauls in a more subtle nature. To expand our influence into their space while expanding your influence. Distrust and dislike are things I deal with on a daily basis. I neither care if you like or trust me, I care even less when you insult me. To put it simply, you want a larger market for your "product", we want to see the GRN burn. We're not looking for an ally in you, we were looking for a business partner.
That said by all means continue your efforts on your own. I'll leave my door open should you change your mind later. As a last bit of free advice though, you may wish to check your backyard. Your neighbors seem to be making a lot of noise of late.
