The Red Hessian Army had recently discovered your installation on orbit of planet Stuttgart. Further investigation showed, that it belonged to Synth Foods corporation, and since said corporation is not declared an Enemy of Volksrevolution, there's some room for negotiations.
If you'll be able to fulfill following simple terms, Oberkommando won't dispatch a fleet for destruction of your base:
1) Soylent Green Spaceport shouldn't have any defence platforms.
2) Synth Foods corporation should wire 100 millions of SC to [RHA]RHT-Sleipnir each month.
What you've seen today was a mere demonstration of our power. Of course, if your installation will suddenly be destroyed by our demonstration, you're free not to pay. Beilive me, if Oberkommando would like to see your base blowed to dust, it would already be.
I am Jay Stevens, C.E.O. of Synth Foods Incorporated.
I must applaud you for your audacity to send such a message to us. We have a lot of points to cover, so let's start with your first one:
1) Soylent Green Spaceport shouldn't have any defence platforms.
This is an insane proposition and you know it. The lack of defence systems for a base with enemies such as the Landwirtrechtbewegung and the Unioners requires in-built defences to safeguard the people aboard. I know for a -fact- that you will not help to defend the base, so why should I agree to this?
2) Synth Foods corporation should wire 100 millions of SC to [RHA]RHT-Sleipnir each month.
We are a very wealthy corporation, and yet even this is ridiculous. Bleeding money for a relatively inconsequential platform is absurd, especially the volume of money that you are requesting. And for what cause? So that we can indirectly finance the deaths of civilians and police officers, who are just trying to earn a living? What kind of monster do you take me for?
Oberkommando won't dispatch a fleet for destruction of your base
I knew that there are many cultural traits that the Red Hessians have, but I was not aware that telling complete and utter lies was one of them. Two times - at least - my installation has come under fire by numerous Red Hessian capital vessels and support craft.
In short, Diplomat Ludewig, I would love to listen to you. I would love to comply and work with the Hessians. It's just a terrible shame that you're making it so hard for me. Because, at the end of the day, I have this to consider - I have families aboard this station. Friends. Co-workers. Every single employee we've hired in Rheinland is aboard this station, working to make a good wage and support their families. And I will not - NOT - tolerate you, barging in like you own the place, threatening the lives of my people, and attempting to dictate how our days function. If you want our freedom stripped, you're going to have to take it from us. Because we will NOT back down. I will have every mercenary on both sides of the fence, every corporate security hound dog, and every police officer, special agent, and military commander hunting you from cradle to grave. You can bet on that.
1) It's true that we won't protect you from LWB or Unioners, but you have battleship Karlsruhe for that purpose or you have tensions with current Military Command?
However, we'll be more than ready to help you against some other factions, Corsairs, for example.
2) That's very unfortunate, that your wealthy corporation is unable to support us with such small sum of money. 100 millions is barely enough to put 2 gunboats in service.
3) Those fleets operated independently from Red Hessian Army Oberkommando. Our best crews on best ships haven't fire a shot at your base, keep that in mind.
It's a shame that you are so uncooperative, I suggest you should start evacuating people from your station. We would like to have number of civilian casualties as low as possible.
