I'm sure you'd rather it went to Zoners, Zen.
This isn't about making Liberty stuff uber at the expense of Rheinland or Gallia or other (as the OP already pointed out). It's about balancing its ship line to keep it all relevant.
I beg your pardon, I thought that with all the calculations that have been done - some considered the fact that liberty cap line is the best cap line - by all accounts. But I don't play them so I guess it doesn't hurt me directly. However, I hardly think its balanced enough - If theres any balance required, they should nerf one thing on the expense of another thing - because the track record only shows "buff buff". That being said in fairness, with no prejudice or any wrong notion on my part.

It's not that the other caps are too good, it's that the LSC in comparison to it's competition is just completely blown away, literally.
The only buff I'd give it is a little more damage for its FG. Nothing else. There's always the LABC alternative for players that find the LSC to be UP.
Also, the sausage shape and the agility of the LSC are advantages.

This disadvantages include a paper thin hull, a core that can *barely* sustain one Cerberus, bad turret angles, and having to go TOWARDS enemy ships with its forward gun, with minimal reward for maximum risk.
Sausage shape makes it decent at dodging SNACs at least.

Don't forget that they upscaled it, so it's like plump sausage levels of fat.
The LSC has always been my favorite capital ship for its austere style and forward gun. I think it makes for an excellent concept. I would very much like to throw my lot with those who want to see it fill a proper artillery role.
