"The Farmers Alliance is a Kusari political organization formed to lobby for government subsidies and restrictions on the sale of foreign foods."
Also, the FA are Samura backed.
The Farmers Alliance are less of a bother for KSP than the Hogosha, since the FA don't cause a ruckus in the core worlds, while the Hogosha sometimes needs to be made an example of when they step out of line.
The FA are staunch traditionalists, and a lot of KSP and KNF officers would sympathise, since they help keep gaijin criminals away (much like Hogosha), support the government, and can be trusted to fit into society.
Kusari is a protectionist and isolationist nation, and Liberty pressured Kusari to accept Synth foods et al. Among the conservative leaders - like the Imperial Council - that can't make protecting gaijin traders a high priority.

Gaians moved to neutral.

The information in-game and official story is conflicting. Either way, they are not seen as terrorists by the Kusari (but surely by Liberty), and most importantly - that is not how they are being role-played. My intention was always for the KSF to build on the role-playing foundation laid by those that came before us to Kusari, not stumble in blind and lay down the law according to me.

My hat is off to you sir. That's the idea, go by the RP. I'm thinking the "official story" that Liberty companies get when they go "they blew up our transports! do something!" is along the lines of "of course we're doing something, don't you trust us? and it was probably your fault.", while the *actual* interaction behind the scenes is what's represented in the faction diplomacy.
How come that Samura's (and Samura is a backbone of Kusari economy, and Samura is pretty much controlling whole Kusari) left hand (Hogosha) is Neutral even though it's quasi-legal, but official Terrorists are friendly?
I know that they are friendly in game, I am only asking about Hogosha being bellow them - which doesn't make any sense.
Edit :
In case you didn't understand, here's the copy/paste from KNF diplomacy :
In case you are wandering why are Blood Dragons Allied, they are not. It's a Black Dragon Syndicate - a Hogosha faction.
Or at least it was.
I hope it's all a bit clearer now.
And if you look at the link you gave me, you'll see I have 50% of the posts on that page. I know pretty much everything about Kusari politics!
It's the best House for my taste, and is very interesting.

KNF is friendly with AFA, this does not mean we are supporting them in any way, it's the opposite.
AFA proved to be a valuable ally when defending our home and also helped fighting Bretonians in Dundee.
If they pirate or engage foreign cargo ship with the KNF around they will be invited to desist or be engaged.
(AFA faction policy clearly state that they are not allowed to pirate or engage with the KNF or KSP around).
