Now, 185k RA, now if i started it to build, "I have to supply 185k in one stroke? means continuously for few hours? can't take a break? ( If i take a break, it will suck all the RA on station and repairs won't be done..so base is Fked? Right? )
Any Solution to this?
Firstly, a POB can use 3 repair commodities: Reinforced Alloy, Robotic Hardware and Hull Segments. As long as a POB has one of these three commodities as well as the needed food, oxygen and water along with however many crew members are appropriate for the core level of the base in question, then repairs will still be done.
Secondly, a POB may have multiple storage modules on it as well as multiple ships docked on it, this means that you can collect the Reinforced Alloy in advance and either store it on the base itself or cargo ships that are docked on the station meaning that you won't have to fly for hours in one single go to get the needed Reinforced Alloy.

Edit: Ninjas everywhere...
Yes, it will consume all the RA on the station. Solution is that during building you will use different repair commodity for base and stock it with robotic hardware (which is consumed to cloak building too, but only 20k) or hull segments (which are not efficent because they take 2 cargo space per unit, but as temporary solution it works).
It needs only 20k of Robotic Hardware - the second repair commodity. So you can have your station running on Robotic Hardware while you bring the Reinforced Alloys. You can use Hull Segments, too, but they take up 2 cargo space per unit.
Actually he'll need to use Hull-S, because the modular also uses robotic hardware.
Here:
A base will use 8640 Reinforced Alloy per 24 hour period to repair the Wear and Tear damage for a core 1, twice as much for a core 2 and so on from there.
Meaning as Hull-S's take about 2 or 5 cargo (I forgot), means if its a 8640, means that you'd need to do 8 trips if Hull-S use 5 space (or 2 if its 2 per)
Also that's 16 trips for a core to (or 4).
Also to answer about the RA, the base uses 200 pieces per 16 seconds, meaning it take 10k seconds for it to build with full RA's so its best that you time yourself while building it.
Edit: I see you meant you were building something off it, make that 14,800 seconds. (AKA 246.6 minutes or 4.1 hours)

A Base regardless of what Core it is uses 8640 Repair Materials per 24 hours. It will use by default Reinforced Alloy first, then Robotic Hardware and finally Hull Segments.
1 Unit of Hull Segments take up 2 Cargo Space.
