Evening,
my name is John Coltrane. I work for Cryer Pharmaceuticals under ships tag Cryer~ and i am here to request permission to transport confidential cargo across Kusari space.

You know, our research projects requires absolutely the most secrecy. This has to do with what may be consider dangerous to others. I don`t want to enter details but our cargo may be contagious to others or may be perisheble loosing its scientific interest and goals.

So, we would like to request free passage within Kusari space towards our destinations, without docking in any kusari civilian base or planet to not endanger its population. We are willing to pay for this request, just tell us how much and where to.

I hope this request can be accepted by the High Command of the Kusari Naval Forces.

Guten Tag, officials of the Kusarian People.

I am contacting you to ask for a license for the cloaking device onboard my old Renzu Liner, the Westphalia.

I am well aware of the fact that technology like this device is not allowed to be mounted on civilian ships inside Kusari's border. An honorable officer advised me of that fact while being on my way to New Tokyo. I should have, of course, handed in a request before going into Kusarian territory, but well...nobody's perfect.

Anyways. I am simply here to let mentioned liner get scrapped on Roppongi Station by the Renzu Corporation. I bought the ship and most euqicment onboard from this company, so I felt like it is a duty to hand them over useful and recyclable materials from the vessel.

Of course, I do not have either the knowledge nor the equicment for dismounting the cloaking device myself, which I would like to keep on my new liner, the Westphalia 2, which is stationed outside Kusarian borders.

Therefore, a license for having a cloak onboard the Westphalia, until it is scrapped completly, would be necessary. A tech said the procedure will take about two weeks, since it is a rather big ship and the docks are full right now.

I am contacting you about the latest trade agreement between Bretonia and Kusari wich allows our ships to trade within your house space. But, we at BMM require some materials that our sources tell us that are only made by Kusari companies. I am refering to Quantum Multiplexores, Quantum Arrays and Optronic Arrays.

So, i hereby ask, with full respect for you and your law, that we at BMM- are allowed to buy and move these sensitive materials within your house space.

This is Phileas O. Tukker speaking, representative of Tinker & Transport and prime secretary for our Board of Trustees.

I have just been contacted by one of our Senior Skippers, Captain Elijah Bailey from the trade fleet vessle T&T/.Tinkers.Pride.
It seems that we have missed to apply for a licence to transport and export cargo according to paragraph 3-1-5 of the Kusari legal codex, concerning base related supplies.

We mainly wish to export 1 trade commodity : PlasFoam Conduits, used for construction of docking modules at our fabrication site in Texas. It may be that we wish to transport others of these materials too during trade contracts or as an import of such supplies to Kusari space due to our close vicinity to Hudson and Cold bay depot.

According to our Skipper he was very favourably impressed by the polite and instructive handling of the meeting by officer Akira Sugimori from the RKS|-SV-Bokken.

A pity that Texas itself is not as well patrolled as Kusari nowadays, as we lost the valuable cargo to Xeno terrorists only a short way from home. But Cpt. Bailey and his crew managed to escape in their pods to transfer their protocol of the meeting to me.

I would formally wish to apply for a licencing agreement for the protected transponder code T&T/ , shown only by members of Tinker & Transport trade fleet with a Freelancer IFF and ID. Applicable to commodities as covered in paragraph 3-1-5 .

Also we would like to update our trade informations and ask if it is possible and allowed for our trade fleet to purchase and transport H-3 through Kusari territory.
To our last information it was prohibited, but I see no reference to it in the currently displaied comnet files the officer pointed us to.

I will remain approachable for any questions and await your decision.
The appropriate transfers will be available as soon as we get the banking informations.

this is AI Ship Angsthase. I request for a permission that allows me to enter kusari space for learning (esp. the kusari artwork) and trading. i am looking for a permanent license. because of strong selfdefense capabilities my cargo space is very limited (app. 300 - please keep that in mind for your bill).
