Seno Technologies would like to set up a base in the New Tokyo system, especially in the surroundings of Shinagawa Station. We'd like to archive your permission to build our base near this location.

The base would be located above Planet Izu and it would mainly serve as trade hub and as corporate Headquarters. Ofcource Kishiro can count on our full coorporation if they'd have any requests.

Suru San, The board and I have had a long discussion about your request.
We have decided to approve your request to construct a station by Shinigawa. How ever there are a few conditions we would like you to abide by. First your base is not to harbor any
criminals or fugitives of Kusari, the station development may only size up to a core 3 station and cannot block the traffic through the tradelanes or access to Shinigawa itself. We also want allKishiro| Personnel permittance to dock at any point, aswell as any law enforcement of Kusari.
If you can agree to these terms, you have our permission to start your construction.

Me as director of trade would like to express our gratidudes for grating base construction. Ofcource Kishiro| and law enforcers will be able to dock at our facility. Harbouring criminals or fugitives of Kusari is ofcource pernicious as it is also forbidden by the laws of Kusari. As the station will be build in the high orbit of planet Izu we do not expect any troubles with the tradelanes and neither with Shinagawa docking systems.

And perhaps who knows we might do some business together. We shall see.
