Than why even have a separate section on the forums, or give leaders different colors. I'm taking this as an understanding to make the forms more user friendly, and what is the purpose of having these fancy colors and titles if they aren't going to display accurate information.

starting info can be found looking at colors.
seriously it's not a huge deal.

The info regarding the USI leader is correct. He is semi-active in the LibGov Chat, but mainly uses the USI forum account instead of his own
