Right, so we the Hessians have been talking about this for a while now. Posting this to check real interest on both sides. Who is up for weekly fights between Corsairs and Hessians in the centre of Omega-5? I have counted four or so people so far on Hessian side, and no doubt there will be more.
This should accomplish three things:
- get Corsairs out of Gamma and into the Omegas
- get Hessians out of New Berlin and into the Omegas
- get more people to join the Hessians to offset the massive numbers the Corsairs are enjoying, and give them more to do than just sit around in Gamma all day
Basically, everybody wins. Now, most Hessians I know are European so the best possible time for this would be on weekend GMT evenings I suppose. Late evenings if we want to catch the western hemisphere into the mix as well.
Bloodo, first make yourself a Captain (or Kapitan?).
Then you should speak with McNeo or Majkp to arrange this.
Or maybe we should do it with the Benitez? I don't see them a lot lately, maybe they need an event like this?
I don't think anyone will have anything to say against this in public, but that doesn't mean we can start right now.
Battle should be outside of the Mine field, so Corsairs are not in disadvantage (since they fly vanilla ships, mine field would pwn them fast).
That means in the middle in between Cadiz and Ronnenburg.
Mjolnir told me there are no mines there, so I guess that's the perfect place.
I would like to limit the fight to LF's, HF's, VHF's and bombers only, but we need Corsair opinion on that subject.
I don't think GB's should get involved.
Any Hessian Tagged and ID-ed independents would be welcome to join the fight, under the condition they fly a fighter/bomber.
That is because we can't possibly match the Corsair numbers, so we'll need a bit help from the side.
I think it would be great.

hm,one thing is , how muc players can be maximum in fight on hessian side, because there is lot of corsairs that can eb in fight. (OPG,TBH,Benitez) and make osmethign where can be only 5vs5 when is online 15 corsairs.
Well, we have 5 very active RHA, probably some more 2-3 less active, 2-3 independent and Hessian Tears.
So, I guess we can get around 10 people at best.
But to be realistic, I think it will be less in the start, and more after some 2,3 events.
Don't expect it to be like RoS vs TBH, we can't compete with that. Though O-5 is much more fun then O-eta.

Well, I like it, we were gonna suggest that, seems you've beaten us to the punch.
Hessian Tears will love to take part in that.
We have 6 pilots atm, by the time this gets up we might already have 8-10, all flying bomber and down.
There are no stones in the middle, so it's fine even for bombers.
Although it's suicide to bring a bomber to 10vs10 fight (if it ever happens to be that big), but it's your choice.
VHF's will do just fine.

Well, I didn't say we'll bring bombers, I said we have them.
I think aside to me and Adam, all have VHF and down, and even for us the bombers are just side chars mostly.
Well, you have 1 less corsair to include as I will fly my Hessian in these events.
