They explode instantly after 7-8 seconds
It is like Gunboat explosion sound

Ceasefire =/= peace treaty. Technically they are still at war.

Compare to relations of the two Koreas (which are also "at war", through they have an armistice agreement), and Russia/Japan (which have not signed a WWII peace treaty as well, although they have diplomatic relations).

There are also a bunch of other errors relating to & - e.g. I think 133537 (Samura rumor on Planet Kyushu) should have &amp; instead of amp&.

I also (by finding it in-game, haven't scripted detection of these errors yet) noticed that "individual_name = 245151" (bartender on Tripoli Shipyard) appears multiple times in mbases.ini - under Ciutadella Outpost, Tripoli Shipyard (as you'd expect), and Skiros Station.
