Funny how you want them removed while I want them buffed up to a point where this game stops being completely empty of any sense of danger.
Seriously. Even the current NPCs are more of a bloody danger than the players. Uh - the players that you don't encounter, sorry.
I'd get at least some tiny enjoyment from doing some mapping/killing NPCs for some pilots and making money gradually each time I log. (I don't use/need a lot of credits.)
But hey, my wish will never come true just as yours won't, Wesker. Kill this thread before I start ranting again. Its 3:15 AM and I only just realised that it's not Saturday today.

Lol I encounter several players, every time I play disco. Its easy fly into a hostile Guard system/house system.
Yes, I was the AI Drone that was shooting you and ultimately killed you.
Yes, the Nomad NPCs were immensely annoying and had a relevant influence on combat.
No, I absolutely do not believe NPCs should have major influence on player interaction on a player-focused multiplayer server.
Yes, if there's one exception I would grant it would be to Nomad NPCs....although really, that should be limited to 90, 99, Iota.
Yes, NPCs are annoying all over the place, not just in the far Omicrons. It's just some types of Nomad snub NPC that actually do damage, whereas elsewhere only gunboats and up pose any kind of threat.
No, none of this matters because @LordVipex, who is in charge of NPCs, believes NPCs having a major influence on player interactions nearly everywhere is a good thing.
