Before the neural net crash, I was able to recover most of the communication between our two organizations:

good evening The Core guildmasters,
Daumann Heavy Construction would like to inquire on possibility and feasibility of stationing Core wing in the Omega region.
We are interested in your diplomatical status with the factions in the area, extent of possible operations while contracted and your reward expectations from such a contract.
Following the series of security breach by terrorist groups and their supporters, we are seeking potential solutions to this problem. Core is a renowned company with sizable assets fit for that kind of job. Your organization is the first one we contact in this matter, guildmasters. I believe our trust in the Core wasn't misplaced?
Best regards,
Hanna Richter DHC

We already have vessels deployed in the deep Omegas which currently operate against felonious bodies such as the Corsairs and Red Hessians.
Concerning our reputation towards the local groups, we like to sustain our friendly relationship between the house corporations, as such, we insist on protecting the innocent from said felonious individuals. It is already within our operandi modus to exterminate these vermin that plague the Omegas.
My query to you is: Where is the problem and what are your proposed terms?
That was all I was able to recover. I will be awaiting a response from you, so that we may be able to continue this discussion.

Good day,
the problem lies in vast distances so far mostly we ourselves had to cover. Our local security teams can't effectively protect mining operations, control traffic and actively hunt hessian and otherwise terrorist and pirate parties.
Are you able to redirect your local group from deep Omegas to Omega-11? Our terms include standard regular salary for all your ships carrying out patrols in our space, with bonuses for each intervention, aswell as necessary supplies available to you at Solarius at discounted prices.
We already make regular patrols to the Omega-11, as Hessians and Coalition often like to creep away from the deeper Omegas to there. Assigning a permanent battle group will be no issue. They'll be especially happy to make use of discounted facilities at Solarius.
I suggest for this contract it would be convenient to open a new comm channel in the form of a salary board, so that Core pilots may collect their bonuses after successful patrols.

I will leave the financial decisions to your Corporation Ms. Richter. I already expect my pilots to be patrolling the Border Worlds, so it's not as if we really require DHC to be paying excessively large amounts of credits for doing what we should be doing already. However there's nothing wrong with having some monetary recognition for your work, and my pilots would be delighted to at least make a bit of extra money on the side.
In regards to the services we can provide, my pilots are able to:
• Escort DHC affiliated vessels
• Patrol Omega-11 and destroy or remove hostile or unwanted vessels
• Assist DHC or Rheinland Lawful affiliated vessels against attacks from hostile parties

Good evening,
yes, that's satisfying proposal and what we are looking for.
However, due to the recent discovery of a new Sigma system, and Core's claim over it, contradicting with our own Rheinland's, we are forced to put this on hold, until the differences are worked out.
We will pay attention to diplomatic talks and expect their positive outcome.
