Can the price for Propaganda be lowered? I'd love to fill up a transport with it (i.e bison) but it'd cost me 43,000,000. It's a roleplay commodity so I don't think it should be such a high price.
My guess is that it was designed that way initially as a money-sink for official factions and an incentive for people to tractor them in when they're being handed out. Since it's worth so much, it's worth dropping 1 unit of your cargo in exchange for a propaganda leaflet no matter what you're carrying.
Please boost the sell prices and options for sale locations or reduce buy price of Nox.
It is a contraband item, that only sells in one house that is 2 houses away from the buy point which happens to be in Gallia which is not an easy system to fly through for the majority of smugglers in the game.
The difficulty of sell and buy of the commodity is not a problem to me as long as the risk is worth the reward, which for a small profit for a much further distance than other smugglables it most definitely is not.
I enjoy the RP benefits of this commodity and think it has alot of potential but without a decent risk/reward factor.
(EDIT) ALSO HUMAN ORGANS, basically I feel that contraband prices have been nerfed in general to a point where it is discouraging smugglers from taking the risks which limits in game RP opportunities but these 2 specific items are especially rough to make work.
Guys, Xoria nerfed prices because those commodities were supposed to be contraband, but some people in charge of governments decided that they have to be legit, thus making them restricted rather than full contraband. Therefore, Xoria nerfed the profit/time ratio to adapt to the changes.

The difficulty of sell and buy of the commodity is not a problem to me as long as the risk is worth the reward, which for roughly 4k profit for a much further distance than other smugglables it most definitely is not.

Blame those people and not Xoria
No one is blaming Xoria, and it is still an interdictable commodity through 2 of the 3 houses it has to cross. It has one of the highest sell prices for a smugglable commodity and one of the lowest buy prices and 1 options to sell. I'm not really sure what your argument is against this, but I'm open to hearing constructive criticism that is applicable to the post.
As I said, blame people in government = contact them and raise your concerns that legalising contraband has negative impact on roleplay ( and profit ) surrounding them.
There are still 2 government houses that you have to pass through to get it there, which makes it one of the only contraband commodities other than the other ones that come specifically out of Gallia that you have to do that with. But I do understand your point, also its a longer haul and it seems someone at some point was trying to incentivize people to go into Gallia, although that doesn't seem to be much of a concern anymore.
Managed to find acouple small things to tweak, including a NY Location for daring smugglers. Also added a Newcastle base (even if low-profit) just so Mollys don't feel left out.
Name: Volgograd Ordinance Infocard: As the Coalition waged it's war throughout Sirius they realized that employing House-crafted equipment was not sustainable in the long-run. Engineers working under the Coalition's command designed and tested a variety of prototypes until they settled on a selection of Light Arms and Powered Armor that was found to be easier to manufacture and highly reliable in adverse conditions. However the weapons and armour were found to be slightly heavier than House-made arms such as Detroit Munition's. Still there are those in the Black Market who seek to cater to revolutionary and terrorist movements across Sirius found the Coalition's war materials to be popular amongst both groups in addition to House Intelligence Agencies who are always seeking an edge over their enemies.
Sold at:
- Omega-52, Mykolaiv Research Station
- Omega-52, Zhukovsky Station
Possible trade routes:
- Baffin - Shasta Orbital Skyhook [ Justification: Moderate-Ranged Route, some risk due to passing through Bretonian/Gallic controlled systems or even skirting Libertonian Territory not to mention those who use the Coronado corridor to pirate/smuggle in/near Liberty ]
- Dresden, Vogtland Base [justification: The Red Hessians are the Coalition's closer allies and would see these as useful in their efforts to overthrow the Federal Republic, the short route is not without it's dangers with Corsairs and even the Rheinlandic Lawfuls seeking to choke the trade of illegal weapons & armour and thus weaken their foes. ]
- New Berlin, Kaiserslautern Depot [ Justification: Similar to above the LWB wouldn't turn down another source of war material if they find themselves unable to 'liberate' a shipment, being in the heart of the Rheinland Federal Republic poses several risks from both Law Enforcement and perhaps even the Unioners who are attempting to cozy up with the Corsairs according to Lore.]
- Sigma-13, Newport Station [Justification: Eventually these may find their way to 'other' hands, Freelance traders seeking to find new markets may try to sell them to various pirates, mercenaries and even Paramilitary forces in order to earn some Credits. Both the Corsairs and the Outcasts in the system wouldn't look kindly upon those hauling such cargo due to them both despising the Coalition due to the trouble the small nation has caused them both.]
- Tau-37 Freeport 10 [Justification: Even folks living acouple systems away from a warzone like to buy weaponry, makes em feel safe and comfy and a Freeport is a common place for such a shady deal to go down, with Gallia and all the other Tau folks nearby the need for protection just got a lot stronger. Black marketeers would have a ball shipping through the warzone and so close to Outcast turf (extra danger there of being caught and pirated, the same justification could be used for most of the further Freeports from the Omegas (Taus. Omicrons) ]
- Omicron Mu, Akabat [Justification: The hatchet is being buried, both sides want to stop both the Core and the Nomadic threat, while the Order has it's own munition sometimes varied equipment can be a blessing due to a larger amount of weaponry in the armoury that can put down both Nomads and Core personnel alike or power armour if conventional body armour simply won't cut it.. Massive risk due to Core presence in addition to Corsairs and Nomads prowling for targets]
- House Research Stations [Justification: The Houses wouldn't sit idly while these materials are produced and would seek to acquire samples in attempts to determine the technological development of their foe in addition to attempting to create stronger countermeasures (better armour and such) against the threat these weapons pose. If they succeed or not would depend on RP done by both sides. Good for when they want to 'dispose' of the cargo after confiscation from a smuggler.]
- Kepler, Ames Research Station & Bering, Freeport 2 [Justification: It isn't odd to see the odd black market deal go down on a Zoner Freeport, local criminals are always looking for an 'edge' against 'The Law' and as such meet at either Junker Bases or Zoner Bases to make a deal with Freelancers and others who ship these illicit items from the deep Omegas to the Liberty Core Worlds. Criminals like the Unioners or even the Liberty Rogues wouldn't have many if any qualms about using such tools to perform their 'trade' as it were while the Hellfire Legion while it would not likely use these in high quantities would use them to 'fill in blanks' when supplies run low on munitions/armor. Moderate-High Risk due to increased Law Enforcement Presence from Liberty (Primary) and possible Rheinland/Kusari patrols in respective systems. The Xenos wouldn't be very happy with these 'Foreign Toys' creeping into Libertonian markets and would seek to either destroy them or take over the market for themselves.]
- New York, Rochester Station [Justification: From what I understand the Junkers control Liberty's Black Market, catering to organizations who simply don't care for politics and would rather try to gain an edge over the Law Enforcement agencies that plague them. It is likely Rogues or the odd Hacker may buy them while Xenos would try to interdict the hauling of these goods to/from the station in order to try to gain control of the market. Law enforcement agencies wouldn't be keen on smugglers attempting to bypass them and make an attempt to stop them. High-Risk due to dangers from multiple foes to Smugglers and simply due to being in Liberty's heartland.]
- Tau-44, Carrier Hades [Justification: The Coalition and the Crayter Republic are neutral entities to eachother aside from the occasional joint operation against Gallic Forces in the Taus and Bretonia. The Crayterians are eager to retake Tau-44 and would need to supplement their Marines and other forces in order to take back their facilities and liberate the system. Gallia would try to halt the flow of supplies towards any suspected Colonials in the region in their efforts to pacify the system. Moderate-Risk due to Gallic Presence in addition to possible Outcasts interdicting outside 44.]
- Newcastle, Mull Base [Justification: The Mollys are close allies of the Coalition in the region, naturally the Coalition would wish to supply the separatists in order to weaken Bretonia's grip on the region. It is a relatively low-risk route aside from possible Corsair or Bretonian interference but it's minimal risk. Mostly for those wishing to earn a quick credit and are on their way to Belfast.. Not much else to say about this one.]
- Chugoku, Kyoto Base [Justification: With the recent signing of an Alliance with the Blood Dragons there is a new market that can be taken advantage of since the Dragons are seeking to overthrow the Republic and out-coup the Exiles they need armaments, while the Order has it's own shipments being sent to them the Coalition now has the opportunity to fuel the chaos of the Kusari Civil War by shipping weapons and armour to the Dragons. It's dangerous because of both the Republic and the Exiles not wanting the Dragons to get any stronger on the ground and wanting to suppress if not outright eradicate the trade. Corsairs may also take advantage by preying upon smugglers and other transports carrying Volgograd Ordinance.]
