I have a bad feeling with someone who could have done powergaming (rule 1.7) on me. But of course, I have no proof and I am not sure of that. What can be done ? Ty.

If you have no proof, and you're not really sure but you feel that it happened . . . your only real option is to tell that person who you feel did wrong how you feel.
I recommend you be objective, take this approach: the person likely doesn't know they made you feel this way. But if you have already spoken to them, just be aware and don't let them power you into another situation that you don't want to be in.

Yes I can, but I don't want to get in trouble by making a trial myself, so...
You conduct trial by forum only if the other side can be identified. If you can describe the event without hinting about the person (or hinting a bit, but any of those hints are insufficient for identification), that's not trial by forum at all.
But there is also the moment where the player might not want to give the other party the satisfaction of them being upset over metagaming. Remember what happens whenever someone tries not to trial by forum and describe their encounter vaguely, only for the party involved to join in and go like
Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhh I think I know what you are taaaaalking abouuuuuuuuuut...
Yeah, so you might as well not bother.
