"If I remeber right you were some people who like fast ships. To sum shortly up what I heard from your crew." She winks and re-fills the glass before she takes the credits. "Here you go and thanks a lot mister President." A little chuckle can be heard from her before she looks around and sees the new guests.Quickly she gets two devices and walks around the counter. "One moment please, work is calling." With a welcoming smile she walks towards the both persons at the table. "Hey there, I'm Kyra. The waitress slash bartender of your trust around here. Once you decided on what you wish to order call me or give me a sign, I'll come to you then." She hands over the small devices and stops as she wanted to return to the counter, turning back to the woman and the man. "Or, if you already know what you want I can prepare it instantly."
Tal Ravis stuck his tongue out at the door guard as he passed through the gate into the bar, making sure to shadow the really unattractive Order agent slash Colonel since she was paying for everything and had top secret clearance or some crap. He shuddered a bit as he entered Luxor, thinking that it was awfully chilly for an establishment that advertised itself as "a warm place on Akabat", and was thankful that he'd thought far ahead enough to bring his tactical black beanie along. After all, he needed to keep his head warm for the soft head pats that he was supposed to get.
He followed Aoi to a table, sliding into the booth across from her while trying really hard not to snag the short-barreled shotgun that was strapped to his thigh on anything, making sure to avoid any awkward eye contact since she was staring him down like he had male genitals growing out of his forehead or something.
"So. Food, drink or both?"
He was glad that she decided to speak up, since he sure as hell wasn't going to start the small talk.
"Uh, both. Yeah." She was paying for all of it, after all.
He looked up at the waitress as she made her approach, shifting his thigh around so that the weapon was less visible. The holster that it was in was awfully difficult to get on and off, and he figured that the security guards wouldn't mind it all that much. They hadn't given him any trouble for it so far, at least.
"Hey there, I'm Kyra. The waitress slash bartender of your trust around here. Once you decided on what you wish to order call me or give me a sign, I'll come to you then. Or, if you already know what you want I can prepare it instantly."
Tal looked over at Aoi, trying to gauge her reaction to the offer. Since she didn't say anything, he turned back around and gave an answer that was in line with the fact that he'd never been here before.
"I gotta take a look at the menu, first. Thanks, though."
Sunny sipped on the next glass he ordered slowly as he leaned on the bar counter and looked back at the place again. The place had a nice feel to it and the furnishings were elegant to match the mood. He felt relaxed as he watched around seeing some activity of other guests coming and going and noticed the pair that had walked in and was being served. He didn't though think anything of them much and turned back around in his seat to face the bar with his patch and colors facing behind him.
He hadn't noticed another woman walk in wearing the leather colors of the Archangels, a skirt, and high heels. On her back would read 'Property of AFC'. Her long blonde hair glimmered off of the neon lights as she walked up to Sunny and say next to him.
"Drinking alone?" She would say as she takes a stool next to him and teasingly and naughtily steals the cup from Sunny and takes a sip.
"Not anymore." He grinned back a little and turned to her. "What do you think?"
"I think I can get used to this place ..." She chuckled as she sips and slides back the glass to him. She reaches into her jacket and under her bra she pulls out some credits and slides them discretely to him and watches him take it."MMm... going a little heavy, Sunny? Must be a good sign."
"I gotta take a look at the menu, first. Thanks, though."
Kyra nods and gives another friendly smile. "Sure take your time. Give me a sign once you made your decision." She return to her counter, stopping next to Sunny and his newly arrived companion, giving them a smile as well. "I guess another glass?" Without awaiting an answer she moves on behind the counter and gets another glass, still waiting to fill it up.
The blonde woman smiled back and Sunny nodded as Kyra read his mind, though it wasn't too hard to, anyway. "Yeah 'nother one... and get her whatever she wants too." He stated and slid forwards some more credits where he again added in a generous tip.
He woman raises and eyebrow at him and bits her lip a little as she thinks for a moment what she wants. She runs her hand through her long hair and twirls the end. "Get me... A Long Island Iced Tea, please." She smiles and bats her long eyelashes. "On the rocks as well... though... you can go easy on how strong it is... unlike this mister over here." She giggles and her hand sneaks and graze Sunny's upper leg softly with the tips of her nails and crawls up in a seductive manor for just a moment. She watches Sunny looking back at her and move his eyes down for a moment before raising his eyebrow. She giggles back in a teasing manner an leans back sighing. "Sunny you're no fun..." She pouts but has a sly glimmer in her eye.
Quickly she prepares the drinks as they were wished and hands them over "Here you go. Enjoy." Kyra winks and takes a look around to see if the other guests made a decision. Forcing herself more or less to ignore the personal buisness of those two before her, even though she notices that her cheeks started to feel warmer than the rest of her face.
Kunieda shifted her vision away from him, leaning back to the chair as she crosses her arms. Clearly not giving any response as he gauged her to react to the waitress' offer, only to give him an uncomfortable stare as she realizes that he is having 'problems' under the table. However, she did not take any measures or actions towards it.
Considering how she was not given a menu, she just had to wait until her partner finished browsing the menu. She leans forward again, putting her hand on her chin as she continues to with her awkward stare at him, with a bored look on her face.
"Soft head pats aren't on the menu, in case you're searching for them."
"Soft head pats aren't on the menu, in case you're searching for them."
Tal simply glared up at the woman with the blankest stare possible, noticing that she hadn't bothered to pick up the second menu that the waitress had left on the table, and as a special bonus, she was still staring him down like his face had just turned into some kind of extinct animal species.
"Yeah, I can tell. Are you, uh, gonna look at the menu or are you just gonna keep gawking at me?"
He reached over and slid the spare menu further towards Aoi, the padded underside of the device allowing it to only scoot a few centimeters before skirting to back a complete stop. Tal awkwardly remained in a forward leaning position for a few more seconds, having expected it to go a bit further across the table, and quietly reverted to his previous stance behind the menu.
"So tell me," Sunny says to the bartender Kyra as she is behind the counter, "is there a steady stream of guests that come to your bar? How is business treating you all the way down here?" He asked as he sipped the drink and then soon after gulped down the rest. She shook off a little the kick he got from it and grinned a little.
Kyra turns to Sunny again. "There are times when we are quite busy and other times there isn't much to do. But that was to be expected when opening a bar at Akabat, at times the pilots are busy elsewhere. Still we have some regular visitors." She takes the emptied glas. "I guess you want another one?"
