Was about to say the above. GRN is as involved as the rest of us. I saw a GRN Valor protecting the lanes when taking wartime supplies in earlier. No one was complaining then.

I don't think it gives GRN right to enforce Gallic law within Kusari. It's like Liberty Navy suddenly enforced their law in Bretonia and fined everyone with 5 units of Cardamine in there.

Following that logic, LN can enforce Liberty law in Bretonia - what would be much of a problem, due to the fact Bretonian law heavily differs from Libertonian one (such as mentioned 'legal' amount of illegal cargo). After all, there's no such paragraph in House Laws that allows GRN enforcing their law in Kyushu. As far as I am concerned, the only foreign systems (I'm not counting Borderworlds) GRN can enforce law in is Leeds and Orkney, formally being occupied territory within Bretonia.

Except Bretonia is yet to be a vassal state of Liberty.
As long as the laws that they enforce at the time are that of Kusari's, I will not find any issues with this. Then again, if you feel as though that particular encounter is of a different context, please use the Sanction Report section.
Carry on.

Seeing as Kyushu is effectively a warzone now, anytime ships with their extended ZoI are present, they would attempt to influence space around them accordingly. If the nomads win the event, we'll likely see a nomad heavy sector of Kusari space. If the GRN were to single handedly drive the nomads out, and claimed the system, who would be there to stop them from "liberating" it from the nomads? It comes down to what the ID's are allowed to do in there ZoI's and how its handled inRP now. Isnt that the point of the events? To drive RP and change?
Edit: I typed this before I saw Spazzys reply. Im leaving it here, even tho what Spazzy said effectively negates it.
