The Brotherhood has engaged in negotiations with the IRG, however they are not interested in negotiations. They even denied a compromise in which 12 of the 13 cells would have been returned and they seem to be pushing for open conflict. As the one who owns these energy cells, I think you should know about this surprising stance of the IRG. I give you reading access to transmissions #5 to #8 that should prove my point.

Honestenamente, the Cavez familia has profited too much from what you taught Ana about how to market artifacts much better, and my clan does not see how a conflict with IRG would help anybody, especially as historia has told us how these incidents can end. That's why we decided to act on our own.

This is the offer: You are handed back 12 of your 13 energy cells. You meet with Ana Catalinia and she will show you what the plan for the remaining 1 cell is. Your task would be to unlock this cell and to negotiate with the Cavez family any details that may come up in the installation of the power cell for the agricultural irrigation project.

We have quite some freedom, as this is never happening officially, and the Chavez familia never forgets to pay back a debt. Ana Catalinia sends her regards, she told me to tell you this to convince you that this is really her in the background who made this happen: "You transformed my mind from a stone cutter's to a scientist's. The round trip was the biggest adventure of my life and it opened my eyes to the opportunities of the universe."

Anyway, get back to me about the offer. Remember that this is an inofficial channel, the Elders do not know, the IRG heads do not know. This is you dealing with the Chavez familia to find a reasonable solution and to avert a crisis.

Guten Tag, Miss Chavez.

I appreciate your effort to resolve this unfortunate situation diplomatically. My superiors' reaction is rather surprising, even worrying, since militaristic actions should be the last resort of a scientific organisation. Moreover: It was my own mistake which resulted in this mess, and I couldn't stand the thought that I would be responsible for bloodshed over power cells and stubborness.
Therefore, I gladly accept your offer to clear this inofficially. The fact your clan plans to use the one remaining cell for farming porpuses, and that Ana will oversee the whole operation, makes the decision easy and morally passable.
Just state a location and time to meet up. In the meantime, I'll think about a way to explain my decision to IRG. Which will be shared with them after we're done, of course.
And beside all the quarrel, I am looking forward to see Ana again, please let her know that. It has been a long time since our trip...

Honestenamente, I expected you to agree to a solution that is diplomatic and avoids more confrontation, even though your employer seems to have different ideas if the Chavez clan was briefed correctly on the development. Bueno, como iba diciendo - ehm... as you already stated, we have go for our own solución for this issue.

I will take care of having the cells ready for transfer in a matter of days because this might take some internal diplomacy. And I cannot completely rule out that the shipper who caught you also wants one. I heard some rumors, but it would still mean you can get 11 back. I'll take care of this, however.

I'll connect you to Ana for the details of a meeting.

Arcelia told me she would put all the details into my hands, so I guess I found a reason to get back into touch with you after the magical journey through the known and unknown universe. As for a meeting place: is your ship still capable of coming to Omicron Gamma? Because I think it would be safest to transfer the things there.

I already heard that Ana invited you to Santa Estrella Valley, which is also where the first energy cell would need to be activated or whatever needs to be done to integrate it. I trust Ana and you know what to do there, all I need to do is: manage the transfer.
