Pretty sure GMG| and C)~ are no longer official.

I saw them in the Official section. GMG is not off, but since it's something that was part from the game for a while, I used info from the new one.
If a faction will go unofficial, I will just change some color and/or mention that they are no longer off.

Also, updated favicons for each faction.
