I come to you with a request in the name of the crew of the Raitoningu. Today we were attacked by an Outcast Ranseur-class Dreadnought when we were roaming around a newly established installation in the Sigma-19 system, which apparently belonged to the ALG. Now, well, it appears that this Outcasts lay claim to the installation and protect it by all means. Such totally ignorant and agressive attitude towards us Golden Chrysanthemums, one of their mutual allies, will not be tolerated. One of our crew members died due to this pathetic, completly reasonless behaviour of theirs. The Ranseur's callsign is the following: "Al_Capone", everyone who sees it should be aware of their crew possibly acting very hostile for no apparent reason.

To set a symbol against such ignorance we have decided to not rely on the current Maltese Goverment's judgement, those brutal bastards want to have a foothold in Sigma-19? Not with us, we will remove their installation. We would appreciate any help coming from the Blood Dragons, this installation of theirs is new and unshielded right now though so we could handle it on our own if necessary, though to fasten it up and prevent any issues from happening atleast one Cruiser-class to appear tomorrow at a time still to be discussed.
